Poor packaging!
Frame is a nice Christmas frame, but was only packaged in a thin plastic mailing envelope and the frame box was not strong enough to protect the frame. The glass was broken. I have returned it for another one. Hoping it is packaged better and arrives intact!

Very cute
This was a gift for a dear friend who just had her first granddaughter. It is a cute frame, but unfortunately the glass was shattered. I scrambled and replaced with glass from a frame I had since it was a Christmas gift. Should have been packaged better.

Gorgeous but difficult to open
The frame is gorgeous and very festive. But opening and closing the back to insert the picture was very difficult. I did eventually accomplish inserting the picture and I love the finished product.
