These work fine and they fit into the pecliar recessed outlets you find in some European Countries, especially Switzerland, where those outlets are universal, but increasingly in France and perhaps some other nearby countries. You can plug multiple US plugs into each adapter, which is very convenient. I've had no issues with this product and have used it on several European trips over the last year.

Great deal for the money and worked perfectly during 1/2 year in Argentina. I’d recommend for long trips wherever you go, a plain old power strip is essential. (Don’t get the ones with the electric spike trip protection.)

bought two packs - so four adapter's. 3 worked fine during our 3 week trip to italy but a prong broke off one adapter and the seller credited me back immediately! Excellent customer service!

Does the job, however, the plug adapters feel a bit toyish. I am using them in every day life and will take them for travelling for which they seem to be handy (very light).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was traveling in Europe only to find that my international adapter didn't fit in some of the outlets. It had the right plug, but I kept running into outlets with a deep well where the prongs plug in. The adapter I had brought had prongs that were flush with the body of the adapter. I was able to borrow this adapter from a fellow traveler where the prongs stuck out from the unit, so I could use it in the weird outlets with the deeper well. As soon as I returned from my trip I ordered my own. Since it's a set of two, I'll have an extra the next time someone needs a solution for one of those deep well outlets.

This plug adapter works well for its intended purpose. It allows you to plug in a regular "US" 120v plug and plug the adapter into a European style outlet. You do need to be sure the item you're plugging into it will operate correctly at the likely higher voltage present at the outlet. I used this to be able to plug a voltage converter I have, which did not have a European style plug, into a European style outlet. The voltage converter brings the voltage down to 120 volts for low-wattage devices. I liked the fact that it has both two and three prong outlets on it. Just keep in mind that there's no ground pin on the other end so it's likely that there will be no actual ground connection using this adapter.
