I started using the shakes as part of a doctor-monitored weight loss program through the Scripps Weight Management Center in San Diego. I lost 64 pounds in under 3 months in combination with exercise and protein bars. I was rarely hungry and had few food cravings. I use the shakes now for weight maintenance. Highly recommend them. All you need is a bottle of water if you're on the road and you're set. Very easy and convenient.

I used to purchase this item from my Dr. until they discontinued selling them. I was so glad to find these on Amazon.com. Unfortunately only part of my order arrived. I lost around 20 lbs with this product last year. It tastes great and easy to make and high protein. I wish I would be able to buy more of this.

This shake supplement tastes better than any other I have tried. I always bought it at the doctors office and was happy to see it on Amazon.Company gave excellent choices, price and service! I cheat, and sometimes use a diet drink and ice crushed very fine!

The shakes are effective and suppresses my appetite. I learned about it by a client who was in a credible weight loss program and she lost 50 lbs. I've lost five lbs. so far with 10 lbs. more to go. Ideally 20 lbs. though. :)

Very good tasting. I mix it with diet chocolate soda and a little milk. It is very filling and good tasting.

I bought this in three flavors (strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla). I was familiar with this product and have been using it for several years. I was pleased to see it online and at a savings. But it took forever to receive, so I am back to buying it locally.

Don't like it as much as the chocolate flavor.
