I use this more often than not for homemade bread and pizza dough, and it has given me consistently good results. It is easy to measure, works well in both hand-made dough and a bread machine, and the 50g pack lasts for a reasonable number of bakes when stored properly. The dough rises reliably and I have not had any problems with the yeast failing to activate. Considering how long the pack lasts, it works out as decent value and has become my usual choice for home baking.

The yeast is good but no better than the allinson that I buy from the supermarket. As the allinson is cheaper then I will be going back to purchasing the allinson.
