I still have experience hair fall, my nail still the same, because my nails grows faster actually without any vitamins and there is no changes on my skin.

Should be for hair, skin and nails, but it also has antioxidants for inflammation like mangosteen, turmeric, grape seed, and then milk thistle which I had to look up and is supposed to be used for liver conditions.I really could have done without this added blend because it upset my stomach. I take my supplements in the morning as soon as I wake up with just a glass of water. I don’t eat for a while and after adding this supplement to my routine I noticed my stomach was not feeling well and I felt nauseous. I didn’t attribute it to this supplement until I felt it for three days in a row. I began taking these later with food and those symptoms improved. As I would rather not deal with this at all I will just have to say that these particular supplements are not for me.I still have a couple weeks left in the bottle that I will finish, but I wont purchase these after I’m done with this bottle. I also think that 45 days is a strange amount to bottle. I would prefer either a month or two months. I wouldn’t want to think about having to order a new bottle in the middle of a month.I did count the pills, I ended up receiving 91 instead of 90. I appreciate the plastic and foil tamperproof closures. The expiration date is in November of 2022. Of course you can finish the bottle by then, but I am surprised to receive a supplement that cant even sit in the bottle for a year.After taking these for just over three weeks I have noticed no improvement to my nails that I have not achieved with my regular biotin supplements. If your stomach can tolerate this blend then the price is acceptable.
