I have been taking Zantrex for years and it really works to burn fat but its important to incorporate a good diet and exercise to help it along even better.

I used to take the blue bottle when i was in my 20s. I lost 50lbs within 3 months. But i did notice it stopped working after a while. I had alot of loose skin and flab that i could easily suck in or hide with tight clothing. I upgraded to the red bottle to help burn the excess fat. I just took the last pill in the red bottle and i weighed myself. I started at 185lbs on September 2nd. Its october 11th and i weigh in at 156lbs. Please PLEASE ..DRINK WATER when taking these. Red bottle does cause slight diarrhea but less cramping/bloating like the blue bottle caused. Drink water, as it will dehydrate you.

I found these at wal mart several years ago. I thought let me try these all I wanted to do was lose 25 pounds. Well I not only lost the 25 pounds I have great energy! I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I don't need to lose any more but I still take them for the energy. I read reviews on these and I have to say I have never had any of these side effects. I did not go on a diet. I eat what I want when I want I just don't eat as much. I have found it's not what you eat it's how much you eat. And yes you must be some what mobile! Sitting and watching tv does not help out at all. Go for walks. Mow your lawn, clean your house. I am 55 and I feel great!

idk how this works for everybody but if im going to workout in the afternoon i have to take two, 3hours before and on an empty stomach. so its basically the first thing i consume when i wake up. and for some reason on days when i take the pills im always soooo hungry by lunch! which i guess is because it gives me more energy and i burn calories like crazyit really does work like it keeps me on task and i legit get everything done.. which is a miracle lolgotta be careful though.. i dont take it all the time and deff consult a doctor or something if you know something like this will harm you.. i have a mild case of anxiety and i have to keep myself from getting so worked up when im on these, so yeah know yourself and what you can handle

I just received this in the mail today... I bought the Red and the Blue. I am pissed off. they had plastic over the bottles and then foil over the lit on the inside. right away I noticed the red bottle was much lighter than the blue, but 84 vs 56 pills and idk weight differences. I opened the Blue first and the ammout of pills looked right (I didn't count. I open the red bottle and it was almost empty. I took a photo into the bottle immediately. Them I counted a total of only 8 pills not 56. Since it had plastic sealed over the cap and the foil sealed over the lid this wasn't tapered with it is just quality control.

I have been using these pills for a long time. They are great for energy and weight loss. I feel less hungry for one and definitely gets me energized to get going !!
