Q: does this void factory warranty?

Not that I am aware of. I cannot imagine why it would though.

Q: Does it come with new bolts and nuts? If not that what size do I need?

It comes with 2 bolts and nuts for the forward mount part. I added washers/lock washers just because I feel all bolts need washers. The slip/clamp for the rear is also provided.

Q: So what is the difference between the 4inch muffler to the 10 inch muffler

Not sure what the difference would be. I went with the 4 inch because my truck had resonators in each tail pipe. It sounds good and doesn't have a lot of exhaust noise in the cab

Q: which is louder and deeper. 4in 7in or 10in ?

Depends whether you have resonators in your or not. If you do the 4inch has a nice deep sound if not I would go with the 7 or 10 inch
