Very pleased with these great headphones!
A good friend recommended these to me when I was complaining about some of the issues I kept having trying to find wireless headphones that could retire my old trusty Sennheiser wired noise cancelling buds, which I travel with. I am just tired of all the wire. So I ordered these. I'm glad In did.The product arrived and is handsomely packaged, and includes a little soft case to carry the charge cable and extra buds and stuff. They are very well made, with platinum colored metal housings with magnetized ends that connect the earbuds around your neck or for easier storage. I like the flat connecting cable.I let them charge a while and then paired them up with my iPhone. I have a gauntlet of tried and true songs that go back to my days in the music business in Memphis and as an audio salesman. I know these songs well, as they were used as demo tunes to show off loudspeakers, in particular to challenge them to separate the good from the mediocre. I still have a critical ear forty years later, at least when the ringing in them shuts off. (Parents please use volume limiting headphones with your young ones and put gun range quality ear protectors on them in loud environments...they might thank you when you're dead!)Anyway, a quick summary. Nice bass performance; these handled my extreme volume requirements with ease. (too many nights in front of a big PA in clubs in my youth) The BE6i's didn't rumble or stumble. The high frequencies were crystal in their accuracy, without a breaking harshness, they are just very sweet. Spatiality is superior, very nice accuracy, and great imaging. So I don't listen to hiphop, commercial pop, or techno, so I have no idea how they would sound with that. Unlike most audio folks I don't use female vocals as the arbiter of great sound reproduction, but I take a different route. BB King taught me that an electric guitar, properly played, has a sonic signature and vocal range like a five octave woman singer, but with a bit more consistency and elements of depth that push some speakers and lots of headphones over the edge. The NuForce eabuds passed my tests with flying colors, and are going right back on my head.Heres my list, going back to real vinyl and most of them Ive heard live a jillion timesFlor d'Luna Santana, Moonflower 30 seconds in I'm done. The BE6i's just flawlessly took care of the massive bass line and then just brought Carlos Santans's immaculate guitar right in the middle of my head. I know they can handle everything now, and I can focus on just enjoying this music.Walk Between the Raindrops Donald Fagen, The NightflyLove and Happiness, Amazing Rhythm Aces. Good sound, good battery life.
I couldn't get a comfortable fit with any of the included tips and ended up using a set from another pair of earphones. There's nothing special or terrible about them other than the battery life is good for a wireless earphone. Compared to the Sony WF-1000X or PSB M4U-TW1 they sounded thin and not particularly detailed, almost a bit muffled. Of course everyone has their own sound signature preferences but I was expecting more and ended up disappointed.I have to amend my review. The fit still isn't great but sound quality depends on which device you connect to. My initial impression was based on using the earphones with a Pixel 2 XL which I have come to realize make all Bluetooth headphones sound mediocre. When paired with an iOS device the BE6i sound great. Good definition, attack and clarity. A little bright and light on bass but still a good earphone. I still think the Sony and PSB are much better but a different sound.

Average..
In my never ending quest to find the perfect pair of headphones I decided to give these a go. I had been using the sennheiser Cx300s which are fantastic value for money but are not wireless and I got tired of getting tangled up on my daily commute. These obviously solve that problem but with a couple of drawbacks. 1. While the sound quality is good the noise leakage is quite bad and in fact they are unusable in my opinion without the foam noise reducing buds that can be bought to use with them.2. they are not great for going on long runs as they don't sit well on your neck as the side with the volume control etc unbalances them and makes them prone to falling out unless you happen to have a perfect earbud fit3. The battery life has no indicator of remaining life until you get the verbal warning. At that point you have thirty mins of life left at best so good luck if it happens early on your commute as always seems to happen. So basically a solid every commuter headphone but at the price I expected something better. The search goes on!

Four times and out
Unlike most reviewers, I like the earphones, but average longevity is down to <6 months with daily use.Update: I'd like to expand on my previous review, now having purchased four of these earphones (1 grey, 3 white).I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and really liked them. I liked how they fit in my ear, they were comfortable, they paired right away with my phone and television's BT transmitter, sound quality was pretty good, and the battery life was 7-8 hours. My only complaint was that the volume was a bit too loud for me on the lowest setting. Sadly they died after about 10 months of daily use, but I liked them enough that I ordered a second pair. The second pair was about the same, but battery life was around 6-7 hours. I'd tried some other brands along the way, but didn't find anything half as comfortable. This second pair died after 6 months of daily use, but I took the plunge and bought a third pair. Maybe I set my expectations too low, but I didn't think that getting 6 months of use from something that's used 6-8 hrs/day was unreasonable.Pair #3 was the same except battery life was 5-6 hours and they only lasted <2 months. After buying and returning several other brands that hurt my ears, I sighed and bought another pair of these until I could find something better. This last pair sucks. Pairing was frustrating, the sound is barely audible even on the highest setting, and battery life is about 2 hours. They're completely unusable, and I'm now back to using my circumaural headphones until I can find a different pair of earphones.I should have quit after pair #2. The overall decline in quality has been atrocious. Don't waste your money like I did. This will be the last Optoma product I ever purchase.

Comfortable and powerful
When I bought these, I was a bit skeptical. I was used to higher-end headphones like Bose, Grado, and Shure, but I'd heard good things about them and they cost considerably less than the other brands I was accustomed to. I was impressed, to say the least. Unlike a lot of earbuds, these really are very comfortable to wear, even long-term, and the magnetic closure around the neck makes them so easy and comfortable to wear that they're like an article of my daily clothing. The sound quality is nearly comparable to my Bose and Shure wired earbuds, and the battery life per charge is generous. I've only had a few times in all the years I've owned them that I've run out of power, and I've had the same pair since May of 2016. I've even bought these as gifts for friends and family. They're easy to use, easy to control, and easy to charge. I can't really comment on their use during workouts, as I am physically disabled and can't do that, but in daily activities, they stay in very well. You don't have to carry your phone/tablet directly on you while using them, either. As long as you're in the same room or the one next to it, the signal will come through loud and clear.

Great value
Great value. Ditched the strange ear support prongs and just used the buds, stays in fine for running and gym. Comfy for a few hours max.Sound quality pretty good (never understood why people spend £100's on headphones they then listen to Spotify / compressed streamed music on.. ). Internal battery in headphones lasts a while. The biggest issue - as these are my first bluetooth wireless headphones - is getting used to the massively increased rate of drain on phone battery.

Ottime !
Ho comprato queste cuffie dopo essermi informato su internet. Raccomandate !

Reduced to one star from 3 stars from 4 stars to begin with.
8+ battery life my ass. Dies at around 1-2 hours now after a few months of daily use. Recently right after the charge the bluetooth stutters for 30 seconds and then stabilizes. Maybe the battery voltage is unstable at the beginning? My money is on low quality batteries used with low number of life cycles.Initially I would have given it 4. Had goodish battery life (around 5, never 8, which is still on par with the beats and jaybirds out there) , good sound quality, officially rated water resistance, standard microusb charging port (as opposed to lightning for beats and the weird connector for jaybird x3s). My initial review would have been 4, not 5, because it's bulky and you'd have to shove it right in, but that comes with a larger format driver and better sound quality and nicer cleaner bass, so sort of an expected downside. But as time went by and the battery life started to wither, the review in my head started to lose more stars. Any wireless headphones with 1 hour battery life can only get a 1 star, sorry. I'll reach out to customer service and see how the customer service is and updated this review. If I could go back in time, I would get the beats. It's lightning port, sure, but it's got the fast charge thing and is the least bulky option out there. If anyone needs sound quality with no water resistance, check out advanced sound model 3. Or if you already own high quality monitors that have mmcx connectors, just buy one of the many aptx compatible bluetooth adapters out there.
