Well made and works well. If anything I wish it was a bit heavier.

I liked the size and quality. Unfortunately, it was a little too small for my Hakko 601 soldering iron. Had to return.

I’ve used a Weller WESD51 soldering station with the PES51 pencil for almost 20 years. The original holder was pretty basic, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. The YIHUA caught my eye because it includes both a sponge and metal mesh for tip cleaning, which is super convenient. What mattered most to me was how well it holds the soldering pencil, and I’m happy to report the fit is perfect. It’s sturdy, stable, and feels like it’ll last a long time. My only nit pick would be the sponge is small in use. Very pleased and definitely recommended.

I have been using a soldering station for several years but recently bought a cheap soldering iron with digital temperature control to carry in my service bag. I wasn't comfortable just laying a hot soldering iron down when I needed both hands so I wanted a stand small enough to fit in my bag along with the iron. I did some searching and this one was designed for a soldering iron that is about the same size as mine and it is small enough to fit into my bag so I gave it a shot. I have been happy with it so far. It works great. I like that the angle of the tube that holds the iron is more vertical than most other ones. It has enough heft that I don't feel like it will tip over. It also doesn't take very much space on a table or counter. The sponge and flux can at first seem like they are a nice addition but they are so small that they aren't really that useful too me. But then I did chose this one because I wanted the small, transportable size so I'm not complaining about it, just letting you know that you might not want to base your buying decision on this feature. It does the job I need it to do very well. If that is what you are looking for also, don't hesitate to buy this one. The build quality and materials are pretty good, certainly up to the task. It feels like something that I expect to be using for many years, not flimsy, light-weight plastic.

I didn't see the 4th picture saying it was only for a specific skinny type of Soldering Iron. There's no way normal ones can fit in the little plastic loop inside the wire spiral. :( Wish I had noticed earlier. Also the base is plastic rather than metal and may not be sturdy enough for some.
