Mine didn't work right out of the box. took a charge, paired with no problems, but cut out constantly. I returned for a refund.

I've used POM products for years now and I am always satisfied with my purchases. These are particularly my favorite because they fit perfectly and do not fall out regardless of the intensity of your workout. So so happy!!

Loses charge quickly

I would NOT buy these earbuds again. They earbuds are comfortable and paired easily with my phone. However, only the left earbud works; the right one produces no sound. Additionally, although my laptop paired with the earbuds, my laptop read the earbuds as a keyboard, and will not to send any audio to it. On top of this, the company's return policy is "if the product is defective, you can pay to ship it to us and you can pay $10 for us to ship you a replacement." Not very customer-friendly.

Not getting more than 20ft direct line of sight range without the connection cutting out. Sounds and fits great. Build quality is low. When switching the rubber ear bud, the unit separated where the two plastics meet. Seems to work great when within 5ft of device.

Bought a pair - they quit turning on after workout #1. Got a replacement through POM warranty - Also quit working after their second time at the gym.

Really like these headphones. The sound is very good, and is quite clear and very. The headphones have a slight second or so lag, but are still amazing.
