Draw-Tite 36588 Class 2 Trailer Hitch, 1.25 Inch Receiver, Black, Compatible with 2006-2018 Toyota RAV4

Arrived quickly, correct product, all the parts were included, instructions were clear (I highly recommend watching the e-trailer online instructional video a couple of times), nothing to dislike about this product. I still have some misgivings about getting the 1.25" hitch and kind of wish I bought the 2" so you should think carefully about that, but that's not the fault of this product. It took about 30 minutes to install on a 2013 RAV4. I'm handy but not an auto mechanic. I needed an extra pair of hands for about two minutes of the install, just to lift both sides at once and get the bolts in (the hitch is pretty heavy when trying to wrestle it under the car). After that, it was plain sailing. I also recommend using an impact driver to do most of the work with the bolts before using a socket set or torque wrench to tighten. You'll need a socket set extender to reach the bolts especially on the exhaust side. I raised the back of my car using two ramps and this was a big help; in fact, I'd go as far as to say it's not really feasible to install this without the ramps. It was all pretty straightforward - easier than I thought and seems to be very stable. I can't think of anything that would be a deduction, hence five stars.

The hitch bolted on my RAV4 with no problem. I think it would be nice if they included a plug for the receiver. Watch a youtube before installing. It will be helpful.

Installed on Toyota RAV4 2010 in 30 minute with no extra help and no lift, no pit. Holes in the chassis are aligned perfectly with the holes in the hitch; You need just couple of sockets (17 mm to remove old bolts and 19 mm socket to install the hitch), torque wrench, brush to clean the holes, some oil (to lubricate bolts to ease bolts threading and to facilitate lowering the exhaust pipe)

Well made, heavy duty, and perfectly fit my 2018 RAV 4. Installation can be rough with one person, but I used a transmission jack to support it, which worked well.

I love it!! Is very strong. I have to take the piece to installed but the job was less than hour. I can use for mountain bake and trailer.
