This was a long awaited novel by one of my favourite Aussie authors and certainly well worth waiting for. Pages turn quickly, characters grow and develop and the story evolves. A must read.

The Tasmanian Writes Again
Love Rachael's books, so well written. The underlying theme of being ecologically responsible doesn't detract from the plot. Great story and quite believable. More please.

Already a favourite!
I have read all of Rachael Treasures novels and this one fast became a favourite the first few chapters in. Loved how her characters developed over time and I always enjoy Rachael Treasures passion for the care of the land. A must read!

Wonderful story, beautifully told
Beautifully written, crafted really. Takes you to the highest highs down to the lowest lows and back again. No distractions from little errors that should have been edited out. A really skilful story

I loved this story
I loved this story!!! It was interesting and exciting and kept me entertained right up to the last page. At one stage I didn't think the Author would be able to complete it before the book ended which was fine by me, I'd happily read a second book. Thouroughly enjoyed it and found it very hard to put down.

Dragged on for a bit but once in it's hook line and sinker. Great read. If only a lesson could be learned from this story.

Balling my eyes out
Five stars for another whirlwind book from Rachael Treasure. I didn't see it coming but the punches were thick and fast. Congrats on another truly worthy page-turner.
