Endometriosis and autism sufferer here !! I have been looking for a more sustainable period product for years, I tried a menstrual cup but have rather small anatomy and so removing the cup with the suction was very painful. I also found that tampons increased my cramping and I can’t stand the texture of pads !!! The menstrual disc is perfect !! It was so easy to insert and remove and I couldn’t feel it while it was inserted !! There was no suction and the removal string meant I could just pull with no pain !! I even managed to insert and remove with long acrylic nails !!I even ordered a size too small and emailed pixie and they sent me the correct size free of charge !! I’m really impressed ❤️

I get it and I am now a believer! I ordered the large and was initially intimidated by the size but pixie customer service is 10/10 and the sent me the medium at no extra cost. It still took me a few good months to actually try it but I am so glad I did. It really isn't as invasive as it may initially seem to install. I change it in the shower which is a lot less awkward and messy and I will never use a tampon or pad again! It's so comfortable you don't feel it at! My only regret is I didn't just get the full starter kit will all the extra bits as its a bit pricey to buy it all individually, but have since bought the disk wash foam and sanitising container! Couldn't recommend this product and brand enough!

Excellent customer service and a superb product. I had some difficulty using it, but the Pixie team were extremely helpful and responded promptly after I contacted them via email. I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered a medium disc having seen good reviews for this brand. Unfortunately I had difficulties inserting the disc due to the size. I reached out to Pixie directly and the customer service was fantastic! They replied quickly and sent me some further support. When I continued to struggle with the medium, they sent a small disc, free of charge, which arrived within 2 days of me reaching out! They were extremely helpful and understanding in their emails. If you do buy a disc and struggle, reach out as they will go above and beyond to support you.

I really love this product and company. I've never used anything like this before or even tampons and was recommended by a friend. Emailed first to ask some questions and they responded the very next day and we're very helpful. I got the large disc which I did find easy to insert but it was too big and the have already sent me out medium size one for free. This is brilliant company and will definitely be spreading the word about them!!

This is meant to be pushed past the cervix so it cups it andf forms a seal, but it's not possible, at least with my anatomy. Because it spreads when inserted, you can't maintain that structure that would allow it to push past the cervix, the best I managed was to get it right below the cervix, which is pointless and painful. All this means if I want to make it work I have to buy the applicator which is another £20 on top of this and no guarantee it will actually work.

The product is great like the inserting it no problem. I had a cup for an and needed to change it because I had used for a while and I wasn’t liking the suction of it. I like that the disc was help in place by the pelvic bone structure. However I think I got the wrong size because I experienced some leakage with the medium. I let pixie know and they have happily sent a new large one for free! I can’t wait to try it

Ordered medium but it was uncomfortable when I tried it because of tbe size. I reached out to customer support and they sent a small size for free. I have yet to try it on my next cycle. 5 stars for superb customer service. Thank you.
