Update: April 7,2017 - I opened a warranty claim on April 6, 2017, and Steve from Matias called the following day to address the issue I was having with this keyboard. Promptly, after the troubleshoot- he apologized and issued me a replacement keyboard. I am very Impressed with Matia's customer service. The keyboard I received is a defect. I will update once i receive the replacement. Thank you.I was really excited to buy this. Since this was actually very expensive $100.00, I thought it would work exquisitely. However, this is a huge disappointment. I am currently using a PC window 10. This keyboard lags and every time, I press the delete button. It deletes the whole paragraph. It acts as if someone is pressing DOWN the delete key. There is no way to fix this. I tried to restart my computer. Looked for a software update, and I also tried to unpair - repair the keyboard. Nothing seems to work. I contacted the manufacturer for some customer service. Waiting to hear back from them. This is just unnecessary trouble one has to go through, But the keyboard is pretty. That's all - just pretty.DOESN'T WORK.

This is a replacement, the first one would not come on to charge. So far it’s great, takes an over night charge then last for a year depend on uses. If your writing a novel may need to charge more. The big difference between this and the really cheap one is it has four Bluetooth connections so it you are not a thumb typer like me, you can use it on the iPod, iPhones .

I love this keyboard. I have two desktop Imacs and for the past two years, I have been constantly switching between two keyboards and two Mice. There are four keys that are located above the numeric keyboard section that will allow for the addition of four BlueTooth devices, I also purchased the Logitech MX Master mouse (The MX Master mouse can switch between three computers) . The combination is fantastic. Occasionally, I will have to "Re-connect" my Bluetooth parameters, but this is not really a problem. On a scale of 1 to 10 this is definitely a 10.

I love the feel, look and function of this keyboard. I'm using with a this keyboard with my Dell/windows laptop. At first this keyboard would not stay connected. The manufacturer tried very hard to get it to work. Though it took sometime to find the issue, it was not the keyboard that was the problem. The problem turned out to be the Bluetooth was set to power saving mode in the device manager. Once that was fixed the keyboard works like a charm.

I purchased this keyboard less than a year ago and loved everything about it for approximately 6 months. Since then the lettering on many of the keys has slowly but surely faded away. I'm a disappointed customer.

I'm pretty bummed that two of the keys just completely stopped working after 3 months of use. I was hoping that this keyboard would make it through 8 hours a day of work use! But it just didn't make it. I would like to say however, that the Bluetooth feature is wonderful! The color is beautiful, but two keys not working sucks. I'm sad.

Battery level indicator in System Preferences shows no charge after charging overnight on two occasions. After an hour our so doing use, looses bluetooth sync​. Have returned unit and ordered anther one. Hopefully, I got just a bad one?

Won't stay connected... keyboard won't lay flat on the desk... waist of money.
