Does this shade have shimmer or is it matte?

This shade has a slight shimmer, it is not matte but it's wonderful and not to heavy on the shimmer, it's enough to last all day and use to outline and make your lips look fuller:) It's my absolute favorite with a touch of mauve on the inside (just my preference)

what is a dupe for this colour?

It was a bad investment. Lipstick was old and dry.
