Although it's for a 2 inch bar I use it with my standard 1 inch bar (just put a 1.2kkg plate on the bar first to stop it sliding. Love the way it allows me to add a variety of handles to enable me to do all sorts of different exercises. So far has stood up to all the weight I have used it with, a great product for a home gym.

Item was very well packaged. I got the attachment on the bar but it was difficult to do so. I thought it was just a tight fight but then I could not remove it. The only way I could get it off was using a hammer!I should have checked inside the steel tubing because there is a raised welded profile which damaged my Olympic bar. I can understand a weld on the outside but on the inside, how are you supposed to get a clean fit on a tubular bar when the internal tube construction has a failed design? Will be persuing a refund.
