Product is easy to install. AZ Ponds has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Had problems with 1 box not in shipping. It was shipped immediately. Had a control panel not working right. Trouble shot with me and shipped right away. I will watch for AZ Ponds on all my pond needs.

The Aquascape Medium system came in 8 boxes and contained more than enough liner and other materials for the fountain I had built. I included a picture of my finished fountain. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase!!!

The instructions were great. The kit content, very good. I had to buy a water dosage valve. The installation and activation of it was my main headache.

The kit contained everything that we needed to do the install and to create our own custom water feature in our backyard retreat. We added the terrace level (deck) and created the corner, integrated into the slope.Watch the videos that are available to help you plans and build your own special, custom water feature! We didn't have the room to put the vault boxes side-by-side (tree stump/roots, rocks, retaining wall), so we stacked them and have the pump vault at the lowest point. Everything came together perfectly and worked 1st time.I built my own auto-fill to keep the vault full/water level up (see my answer to the question for the details). Additionally, I put a meter in line to measure the water consumption/loss. In 4 weeks, we have added 1 gallon of water. We live in the San Diego area; no rain during the period and desert-like, low humidity, higher temps days.An unexpected benefit is that it is a perfect spot for the birds to drink and play. We have 2 goldfinch feeders nearby and we are always seeing the bids enjoying the water!
