Only one pair arrived but the description said I was getting a QTY of 12.

The glasses are fine. The issue is that the description says a QTY of 12, and when I asked Rufus, the AI assistant, how many come in the order, it also confirmed that it is "12". But only one pair arrived. Here is the problem in the description: "About this itemPyramex - Velar SB10465D Safety Glasses Blk Frame Ice Blue Mirror Lens (Qty. 12)".There it is in black and white: Qty 12. Why is that there is only one pair arrives?
