Excellent product, smart and accurate multi-story mapping, powerful suction, large capacity battery, great reach with long side brushes and very quick delivery. Multiple operations modes by area, auto, or custom with scheduling features and possibility of having different settings for different areas. In daily use since a month and so far all perfect. Mopping has deep feature but wouldn't say it does real scrupping, despite microfiber mops. Would be good to find all accessories as genuine, 3rd party ones are available at lower price but little lower quality. Most accessories on Amazon are not saying N10+, but I found mops (both washable and disposal ones), dust bags, main brush, side brushes of N8+ to fit on N10+. In general very handy for remote or scheduled vaccuming operation, however for mopping, you would need to be around, to fill water reservoir, insert mopping plate, clean mop if needed and remove mopping plate when deebot goes to charging station. No more dust, hair and on top of that it pushes you to be more neat avoiding leaving things out of place such as socks,hehe. Overall I love it, and love watching the app remotely to see the tracks taken for cleaning the different areas.

I recently bought the ECOVACS Deebot N10+ and it's the best investment I've made for keeping my home clean. This robot vacuum cleaner is fantastic for daily cleaning, and it keeps my floors shiny and free from dust and hair. The mapping feature is also impressive, as it easily mapped my home and makes cleaning a breeze. One of the things I appreciate about this robot vacuum cleaner is the convenience it offers. I can schedule the cleaning while I am at work, and when I get back, everything is clean. The auto-empty station is also very convenient, as it empties the dustbin automatically, saving me time and effort. However, there are some limitations to this product. It can't clean corners effectively, so I still have to do some manual cleaning occasionally. Additionally, it doesn't deep clean, so I still need to do a thorough cleaning of my home once a week. Overall, I believe that the ECOVACS N10+ is worth the price. It's a high-quality product that makes daily cleaning effortless and saves me time and effort. However, it's important to remember that it has some limitations and won't replace manual cleaning entirely. If you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that can handle everyday cleaning tasks, this product is an excellent choice.

Edit: The robotic vacuum worked well for about a year to year and half, after that the battery degraded significantly to the point to becoming very difficult to use. I contacted the customer service email (no call center in the UAE- they only give an email). After a lot of back and forth giving them proof of purchase and other details they requested, finally they inform me that someone from the concerned repair team will contact back. However no one has contacted. Even after multiple attempts, the robot is still non functional. After such an experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. Original review: After a lot of research into all the available robotic cleaners, I finally settled on this one primarily due to the good reviews and features but also due to the available support in the UAE. The other Roborock vacuum robot was also highly rated, however, warranty and support seemed to be minimal in the UAE (The seller didn't even respond to a query). After using it for about 2 weeks now, I find that the robot cleans all the rooms well. It will map out your entire house during its first run, then you can (and should) save the map. After that, you can draw virtual walls around places where you don't want the robot to go. After these few steps, it will do the job on its own. You do need to empty out the dust collector every few days and the brush does need to be cleaned and de-haired, but other than that there is minimal maintenance or intervention required. The seller Ecovacs store is very responsive too. All in all, a great purchase.

After several days of use, i can simply say that the item will save some time and effort in your day to day life. Below are the pros and cons Pros • Compact • Works as advertised • Low noise • Average cleaning • Picks all the hairs on the floor • Maintenance is simple and easy Cons • Regular maintenance is required after each run • Mobile app is not good. it keeps resetting the maps • Moping is bad and its good only on already clean surfaces, Those who has children and pets, forget about moping fuction, its not goanna help at all. • At times, hairs will lock the rotary mechanism and the machine stops. Even on a single run, sometimes maintenance is required • It do not grab the full dust and some remains in the corner always . So once in 2 weeks, manual cleaning is more than necessary It could have been manufactured better. However, this device defenitly makes our life better so I give it 4 stars. For those who wish to buy, I recommend to go for higher model becasue it may have all the cons addressed. Worth for the money spend? Obviously YES. But do not expect miracles.

Pro: 1. Lidar fairly accurately maps the area 2. Average Cleaning Speed: About 1 min per Square M area 3. Easy to use Software/App with a lot of scheduling and custom cleaning options 4. Automatic emptying is top class 5. Mopping is better compared to many other models 6. Custom area cleaning can be used to take care of spills Con: 1. Lidar sensor adds the height and that portion bumps directly into low clearance furniture such as TV unit or Couch. In short, it can't accurately judge clearance level without bump sensor. 2. Not advisable if you have stairs going down. Fails to judge almost everytime. You can work around this by creating virtual wall in app. 3. Can't pick up pieces of tissue paper or rubber band etc. It doesn't stop or report error if a big tissue is under it. Needs its human to take care of it. 4. Path finding to the charging/emptying station can be improved. 5. Brushes are not as impressive with thick carpets, definitely needs improvement here. Verdict: A very good machine with a lot of features at a very good price A DEFINITE BUY FOR APARTMENT OWNERS AND VILLA OWNERS WITH HARD FLOORS

After 2 years of using the machine it was doing the job and nice cleaning despite the issues related to map and other small issues, I had major failure on the suction system where it work continuously without any reason resulting that the machine doesn't charge and not able to use at all. I reach out to amazon and they have not supported at all since the warranty is over I reach out to manufacturers asking thier advise how to fix the issue and so far no solution. I reach out to the agency in UAE and they said sorry you did not purchased this from us so no warranty and no after sales service for you even i told them I will pay for the repair and no one care!!!!!!!!. My advise to all of you. It better to buy from well-known shops with extended warranty to secure your investment. To the agency and amazon and @ecovacs you don't care about your customer at all.

I bought this robot from last May, now after 5 month really I can't without it. It is vaccuuming well, mopping is ok not bad. Battery life very good. Can vaccume and mop my big flat and still charged. Can use it for vaccuuming only when you remove the mop and when attach the mop for mopping only. So it will not mopping the carpet. I like it and advice everyone to have it. The seller is very healpfull and answering all the emails in the same day and find solution for you. Thanks for amazon and for the seller.

This vacuum cleaner is fantastic! I have been using it for 2 months and it does a fantastic job! It is straight forward to set up and work and then cleaning is very simple! I have a dog that sheds a lot and if I run it every day or every other day I don’t have hair everywhere. My floors are tiles with carpets it does a very good job! Especially if you set it to go over 2x each area. The same goes for the mop feature it works well, of course it is not like when a human does it, but good enough. Over all I am very happy with the robot!

Price and quality converge to provide a really well designed product. From the packaging to the actual robot, nothing is left to chance. Great at vacuuming carpets and tiled floors. Although its best to have carpets with a bit of 'body', soft or flimsy carpets are a problem, but that would apply to all robots. Mopping function is OK, but vacuuming is where it really shines. The cleaning station is also a welcome bonus. Highly recommended.

My rescue cats are a major shedder and I find hair everywhere so I decided to try a robot vacuum as a treat to me 😅 I read review after review and for the price point I bought the Ecovacs robot vacuum. The Deebot N8+ is amazing. Its really easy to use as the app is user friendly , the install was instant. I like the mop and vaccum feature! It is so much faster and doesn't seem to go in circles like the other robot vacuums. On it's first day it covered every room. Every 15 minutes I would find it and empty the container which was always packed full of hair and even dirt which I didn't think I had. It picks up dust particles, cat hair and things that I unknowingly miss when sweeping. It's great to have an assistant helping you with the endless cat hair. It pushes obstacles like shoes and cords out of its way. The only thing it sucked up was a couple of socks and a dryer sheet but it stops and notifies you on your phone that it has a problem. I didn't go around and pick up cords, cat toys, etc. It seems to just roll over them or push them out of the way. 🤪 Let me tell you it has every fancy feature you can think off 😍 It hugs corners and turns very well. The cats could care less. It bumps into my big kitty and she doesn't even move 🤣 My little cat who goes outside when I'm vacuuming could care less about the vaccum now 😅 It is also very quiet. Somewhere I saw it compared to a microwave and that's pretty accurate. I'm 100% happy with this purchase and totally recommend it if you have a pet hair problem or lack of time to manage chores 😊

brought for 30k under offer .very easy to use .this N8 bot is having 2300pa suction power & sucks very much dust. after this feeling little bit more breathy than before while using broom stick . both vaccum & mop are excellent . it moves excellently under furniture . mop doesnt remove tough stains bt if u mop ur floor before this device than the same qualtiy remains for more than weeks. cleans 1000sft in 30mins .& uses around 25%-30% battery. very easy to use. precautions :- 1)use floor sticking mats & non sticking mats attracts wheels grip 2)mop doesnt remove tough stains bt user intervention once or twice a month is sufficent 3)moves light weight objects like plastic chairs or any light weight things 4)sucks small trash pieces also . so be carefull regarding children gold ornaments if left on floor.pendrives or card readers small key chains or sponges
