If you don't list the ingredients, I will not buy this product

This stuff is awesome. Amazon should update the listing with ingredients as follows from the container: arrowroot powder, zinc oxide powder, sodium bicarbonate powder, silicon dioxide powder, lemon powder, cinnamon bark powder, lavender essential oil Hope this helps.

Is it recommended to put this in your sneakers before you wear it and use it all day or for after use?

I’ve only put it in my sneakers before I start my shift at work. I take my socks off and powder my feet as well. I haven’t had a smell in my sneakers since. The surprising thing to me is that it absorbs into your socks. After working all day you could take your socks off, smell them (if you’d like) and they would have virtually no odor.
