Slippy handle. Now resolved.
I can see issues with the handle before I've used it. Other than that , the blade is on point ( pun intended ) and razor sharp. The sheath is a nice touch , full leather with a solid clasp to secure the knife. Well packaged as one has come to expect from Darlstrong and , a free collectable pin to boot. I'll update my review once I have had the opportunity to put it to work.Updated: I have removed all the laqure from the handle and it's way better than it was before. Used mainly on fish and whole chicken it is a welcome addition to any kitchen 👍👍👍

Slippery handle
Great knife for home cooking, unfortunately not for a Butcher's shop as the handle is quite slippery wich makes it not safe to work with it. The blades quality are really good though. It's a real shame 😔
