So far only worn it once but it definitely works. Have to wear the comfort pad though as I tried without it and it was uncomfortable. Wish I’d got one a few months ago when Urologist suggested it.

This was recommended by the urology department at .y local hospital after I had a prostatectomy, but to get it to do what it says on the tin I had to pull it so tight that my poor chap went blue. You might get on with it reader but I never did, and for the price, it's a very expensive mistake.

My husband has been using a cheaper clamp which was fine. We went to see his Consultant who advised that this was the best clamp even though it cost a lot more money. my husband found it did not help him at all and threw it away

Very simple devise but so expensive and you have to change it after 6 ‘months so it’s waste of money
