It works!
I love the feel of the mouse in my (large) hand, but unfortunately, the mouse I received did not work. Followed the poorly written instructions below (copy/pasted verbatim from their site) on how to "build up the connection between mouse and receiver," but that did not work after several tries with two sets of fresh batteries:1. take out the reciever fom PC USB port and then re-insert, it will take about 30 seconds to get connection for receiver.2. Put the mouse close to the receiver within 10M distance.3. Switch to OFF mode and keep pressing the middle button for a few seconds (if middle button is under scroll wheel, it is acceptable to press the scroll wheel.4. Switch to ON Mode, after 3 seconds, when indicator LED light flashes for a few seconds, then release the middle button,5. If the connection built up successfully, indicator LED light will be off and the mosuse is workable, If not, plesae repeat the above steps.hope this helpsI get that any product line will produce the occasional lemon, so I may give it another chance and order another mouse - if the next one works, I will revise my review accordingly.---------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: 02/01/16:I returned the first mouse and ordered another, which I've been using for about a week now for about 7.5 hours a day. I was able to get the new mouse to connect on the first try, without having to execute the connection "build up" procedure described above. The mouse works perfectly for me from a technical perspective (I don't use it for gaming). The tracking is smooth, and the L/R click button mechanisms have a nice feel. I really like the adjustable thumb rest portion, which I keep fully extended. My only gripe is that the contoured ridge between the middle and ring finger does not align with my natural finger positioning, which creates an annoying point. However, this is likely just a result of my particular hand size and shape, so I'm sure that results will vary. ;)

Good overall mouse, needed more programmable buttons
The mouse is pretty good. I went out on a limb with small hands ordering it but it is fairly comfortable; the thumb buttons are a little tricky but I imagine I could get used to them over time. It said 7 programmable buttons, which is true, in a sense. However in just about any mouse the click and right click pretty much need to be the same thing. The wheel typically does the same thing too. Maybe this is different for gamers, but for regular use that was 5 of the 7 programmable buttons. I wanted to have copy and special pastes at the click of a button, but I really only had 2 buttons to work with. This is not the reason why I gave the mouse four stars, I didn't include it in my rating consideration as I'm sure it was explained if I had read the information a little more. Just wanted to note it for others like me who say "7 buttons! I can do 7 things, awesome!" and click the order button. The four stars portion comes from the setup. It isn't difficult, but the instructions are confusing. Basically open the battery compartment, take the little wireless receiver out, and put the batteries in. Plug the wireless receiver in your USB port and it should auto install. Turn the mouse on and you are good to use it at the default settings. (They didn't say where the wireless receiver was and I spent a while trying to find it). The driver comes on a little CD, but my laptop didn't have a CD port and they didn't include a website to download the driver. I searched the internet for the specific mouse and found it pretty quickly, so again, not a big deal. Just seems like they could have made the whole installation process easier without much effort on their part.As for the programmable buttons, I haven't tried it but I think you could make it work for several different things. You have the options of:Click, Right Click, Middle Click, Backward, Forward, Single Key, Combo Key, Basic, Advanced, Media, Wheel Up, Wheel Down, DisableSingle Key would be a single button you press on your keyboard (print screen, for example).Combo Key would be a combination of buttons on your keyboard (I think if I first set the keyboard shortcut for something like "paste values", then I could use combo key to 'type' that keyboard shortcut).Basic is cut, copy, paste, select all, find, new, print, and save.Advanced is switch window, close window, open explorer, run, show desktop, lock PC.Media is play/pause, stop, previous, next, volume up, volume down, mute.

Software is only on the DVD, but the actual mouse is nice.
My Logitech G500 kicked it after two years of use. Because my gaming habits were changing from twitch-based to games that demanded less of my wrist, I decided to look for a different type of mouse. I wanted to solve the size issue first and foremost since my hands are quite large (fist is the size of a softball). This mouse definitely helps with that ergonomic problem; it takes up most of my hand, and significantly more than any other mouse I've used. It's a little awkward having my entire hand on the mouse (my pinky would often get a good polishing), but overall it's a plus. The construction seems the same as any other mouse I've used in the past decade. That is; the plastics appear to be mostly the same unless you spring for something >$60 or <$10. I cannot comment on the longevity since I've only had the mouse a few hours, but there is something people should know:aLLreLi doesn't have the drivers or software on their website for this mouse. They're only on the included mini-DVD. So out-of-the-box the thumb-buttons and the buttons at the top of the mouse (presumably to control the DPI and Pointer-to-Center functions) don't work. Instead I downloaded X-Mouse Button Control and it recognized all-but the DPI and Pointer buttons -- which is good enough for me.If the mouse breaks down faster than the Logitechs I've owned I'll come back and modify this review. Until then, though, if you have larger hands and don't need the on-the-fly hardware DPI changing abilities of gaming mice, give this one a shot.

Sublime
This mouse is really excellent. Delivered promptly and even comes with two batteries, the usual USB Bluetooth dongle and a driver disk.It is superbly accurate and responsive and has a vast amount of configuration options. Like many readers, the mouse is something that we use all the time and any faults cause valuable time loss during a working day.Without any doubt, this is the best one I have ever had (and I've had quite a lot). I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best £15 I have spent on IT equipment for a couple of decades. It deserves more than 5 stars.Brio

Brilliant Mouse
Coming from an extremely small mouse, this felt amazing in my hand. It has a very sleek design and is very ergonomic. The addition of the spring loaded thumb rest also lets you choose where you want your hand to rest. Using the mouse normally, the ring and pinky finger lie on the curved 'finger bits'.Overall there are 7 buttons which include the 'cursor return to the middle button'. In everyday use this isn't so useful to me as well I don' use it but I can see how it would be helpful in the workplace. The other buttons are left and right click obviously, a DPI button which changes the cursor speed to either quite fast or medium. And finally there are the two buttons on the thumb rest which using the driver software that comes with the mouse can be set to a few different functions. I just use them for page forward and backwards when browsing and find them extremely useful. The delivery was also very quick, I ordered late on the Wednesday and received them on the Friday midday. For those of you that want to do some sneaky browsing at some point during the day, the mouse clicks aren't all that loud. I mean they are mouse clicks after all so I don't think they're designed to be quiet anyway but they'll suffice. Before you buy if you think you have remotely large hands and you think this will be too small just buy it. It won't be. Trust me. Even if it is you can set the thumb rest to make the mouse larger. Or smaller. Also the mouse wheel works well. I mean I'm not expecting it to do tricks but it does if you set it up in the program that comes with the mouse. It is a simple plug n go mouse provided you put the batteries in before you plug the sneakily hidden USB receiver in the battery compartment. (Have a look at the pictures if you can't find it.)This mouse is a great buy and is amazing for what you're paying and i'd definitely recommend you buy one. It's like rubbing something soft on your face except it's like on your hand.

The mouse installed easily without using the CD supplied the return to centre of screen button doesn't work but that's probably because I haven't installed the drivers. It's a large mouse but fits well in my hand, which I would desribe as medium in size. I've found the thumb adjust button to be useful, I actually didn't think it would be so pleasantly surprised. Someone else pointed out that there are two groves on the right hand side for your third and little fingers, I have no problem with this. I would perhaps have liked it to be a little heavier for photoshop work Cannot comment on longevity of the device but initial use seems to indicate I shouldn't have problems. Overeall I would say this is a very good value mouse.

Good size, good weight, stable wireless connection - all boxes ticked.
In summary a great mouse that has features I struggled to find elsewhere. This mouse is very comfortable. I've been getting cramp in my had with my previous mouse as it was too small but I wanted something wireless to use with my laptop at work. I didn't want a big and bulky mouse for RSI as that's not really the problem I have, and they change how you operate the mouse. This also looks attractive - people have commented that they like it - not a normal office conversation! The adjustably thumb rest has a number of settings, but I just use the biggest. Being able to push it back in makes it more compact in the laptop bag which is a small but nice benefit. There are two buttons on the thumb rest. One is too far back for me to use, but I don't need to for the purpose I bough it. I use a Razer Naga for gaming, and frequently use nine of the thumb buttons on that with ease (the last three on that I still struggle to reach). Finally I have had a number of wireless mice that have issues with the wireless connection getting dropped or needing often needing to be resynced. I have not had any problems with this mouse at all. The USB dongle is a typical nano size, and I leave it in my laptop all the time - partly because it is a really tight fit! Getting it out needs more force that I think it should - but it is now part of my set up and I don't need to take it out. I only say this as my very initial reaction was that the dongle was damaged in some way and fitting it for the first time took effort not expected with a mouse.

good value and quirky
This is a large mouse which spreads out towards the bottom, meaning small hands could rest on top of it without dragging on the surface below. The thumb gadget on the side is spring loaded to pop out at three different widths and offers more scope for getting a comfortable grip. The software for programming the buttons looks a little Heath Robinson but is actually very good - you can program the side bottons to execute any botton - instead of just a drop down list of commands, as some 'programmable' mice offer. This makes it good for programs such as Autocad which use ESC and DEL a lot.I ended up not using this mouse in the end as it just didn't fit right. I have huge hands and like to pinch the mouse between thumb and little finger while keeping the heel of my hand on the desk. I also have dry skin, so plastic things tend to slip around in my hand if I can't get a good grip, and the finish on this mouse wasn't tacky enough to make up for it.But that's just me though, so don't let that put you off. Mice are very personal things, and there is nothing objectively wrong with this good value mouse; I really liked the software and funky design. I suggest you observe how you hold your favourite mouse, then compare i with the shape and dimensions of this one. That will give you a better idea of its suitability for you personally.

Not bad for a spare mouse, but not worth buying to use on a daily basis.
This mouse is certainly a cheap mouse, I can feel the difference between this and my Logitech G600.Its rather light for a mouse this size and also with the drivers installed doesn't seem to respond well while moving slowly, also the forward and back buttons are difficult to press. The 'Thumb Adjustment' isn't what I first thought its a button that pushes the thumb placement out rather than one that you can move up,down, left and right.

Excellent ergonomic mouse
In terms of utility and price, this mouse is probably one of my best-all time purchases. It's eminently comfortable, and my hand and wrist issues are resolving as the weeks go on (RSI was never going to disappear instantly). The scroll wheel can sometimes be a bit wonky, but that's probably down to the wireless-ness. A note: The dongle is secured inside the battery compartment, so don't worry if you pull the mouse out of the box and don't see it -- it's not missing.

It is indeeed a very good product with fantastic ergonomics
After reading several reviews I decided to buy this mouse. I must say that I agree with the vast majority of the reviewers. It is indeeed a very good product with fantastic ergonomics, precise and with a software that allows a lot of customization. My only complaint is the lack of horizontal scrolling, but to be fair and regarding to the price it is an excellent buying and highly recommended.

Shoddy Product!
I had high hopes on purchasing this product, but alas, the product failed to impress: the dongle began playing up immediately! I used the dongle on other USB ports and on another laptop but to no avail. Shoddy hardware, so I have sent it back to Amazon and purchased this:http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004VPLVI0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

Nice, innovative design: shame about the strain.
I rather liked the look of this, so decided to check it out. The thumb adjust is a nifty feature, but using this mouse for a few hours left me with noticeable hand strain, whichever notch I selected. In the end I returned it, the width of the device proving too much for my palm.Still, the software will come in handy for those wanting do a little button-tweaking, and the design will please many a punter.

Comfy and smooth to use
Good size and weight and love the configurability for it.Don't game so can't comment but have one for work and one at home I love it that much. USB reciever slots into the battery compartment, change sensitivity on the fly but once I found the setup I liked I have just stuck with it.Had for months now and would buy again!!

Ergonomic Mouse
I'm delighted with my purchased, its very comfortable to hold I love the adjustable thumb, just click the button which is found at the bottom of the mouse and it pops out. You can save the batteries by switching off after use again the is found on the bottom of the mouse, it is a very small and slightly fiddly button. Overall a nice Wireless Optical Mouse.

quite possibly the worst mouse i've ever used
quite possibly the worst mouse i've ever used. Was really comfortable in my hand but that's about all this mouse has going for it. Right from getting the mouse, it randomly clicked on its own. One minute I would be running towards something in the rpg game I play and the next minute im running in the complete opposite direction. Not only that, when it does click, its like it holds the click down even after you've released it. The only solution being to click again to get it to release.

Whilst it's easily one of the most comfortable mice I've used
Whilst it's easily one of the most comfortable mice I've used, it's nowhere near smooth enough to be classed as a gaming mouse. Even just using in windows, small movements are impossible and it jumps all over the place.

What a great mouse, and so comfortable
What a great mouse, and so comfortable.Sometimes the mice are too small and do not fit your hand, this one does nicely, with the option of making it even wider.Dont forget to look in the battery bay for the reciever to plug into your PC/Laptop.This gets a ten out of ten from me>
