Unfortunately, I found it was too narrow, not deep enough, and the lid was too shallow. There's no way to fit a small trivet inside to lift a chicken out of the fat. And there wouldn't be enough room to add vegetables and/or potatoes. Have yet to receive a refund over a month after returning this item. In addition, this company STILL hasn't refunded me (in April) for the item I returned in February! Nor can I get anyone at the Refund Centre to speak to me. The automated system is useless.

I used to have one of these but it finally wore out. It’s taken 3 years to find this one. It is the perfect size for cooking for 1-2 people

This Roasting Pan is very nice to have. Just the right size .Easy to clean.Roasting comes out pretty good.
