I love the sound!
First, it's hard for me to find earbuds i like. I bought so many ear buds and headphones. My main issue is sound. I like being able to blast my music if i want to drown out the sound of the world and something with deep base. For me these earbuds did it. They were loud and the base was deep. I could drown out the sounds of the lawn mower or cars on the street (yes i know that's dangerous). As i listen to music I could hear every instrument playing so clear. The down sides are they tend to come apart after to much wear or heat. But a little tape patched em right up. They tend to break in the middle or if you pull the earbud to hard to many times it won't retract. Overall i love them always wore them and and listen to hours of music and had hours of conversation. If you want great sound and long battery life grab these. I only wish i still had mine and didn't lose them at work..

Very Nice headset.
It came quickly and have absolutely no complaints. It paired easily with my Samsung Android phone, sounds good for what it is. I didn't read the other reviews but a couple of time last week the volume of the headset dropped a lot and I couldn't raise the volume on the phone or the headset I even tried adjusting the earplug. I've had just about all models of these LG headset, it sit around your neck so you don't have to have it in you ear all day, if you walk away from your phone it vibrates when the bluetooth signal is lost about 20 30 ft. Battery life on these things are great I usually go three or four days before recharging, maybe one or two days with very heavy use(listening to music for hours). Charges fast. I haven't tested all the new features out yet but it sound good people can hear you clearly when you speak.

Great wireless headphones... until one of the audio channels inevitably breaks
This is the second pair of wireless headphones of LG wireless headphones that I have bought, the first pair vanishing within LG when I sent them in for repair due to one of the audio channels going offline and never ever being able to get in contact with someone at LG on the phone. These are extremely nice headphones while they work. The sound quality afforded to you is quite good; not tinny, nor lacking in bass. They also come with adjustable earplug adapters, which is par for the course for nicer headphones, so they provide a great fit, which of course is nice for blocking out noise. These have a really nice retract feature, so the wireless headphone part does not dangle and flop around like a dead fish. Battery life is decent enough, I would say 10 hours or so. I wish there was an indicator light or something so that the "Battery life very low. Please charge now." wouldn't sneak up on you, which when it does means you have about five minutes left. The problem is... well, remember how I said my first pair of LG brand headphones experienced loss of an audio channel? Guess what happened to these. If you guessed "An audio channel went out", you guessed correctly. I know the basics of soldering from high school and college but the innards of these headphones are... a wee bit more complex than a sophomore-level lab. I was just quoted $89 USD to repair these.I'm done with LG's wireless headphones. These things are like a 10-year-old Ferrari; great comfort and performance, but a dirty look on a rainy day and enjoy the heinous repair bill. Not a dime further on these, and I'm going to remember this when I'm looking at any other electronics and an LG item pops up.

Extremely satisfied after 9 months and months of daily use
Purchased the Refirb pair because after all, unless you're only too lazy to put them back in the box and return them should they fail, there is no downside short of the hassle.I love volume and plenty of it with quality sound, these are pretty load while retaining nice sound and I rarely feel like I wish there were two more clicks or bars to the available volume. meanwhile I've never heard a tinge of a blown out sound from them up high.Overall sound qual is definitely nice and I am satisfied at paying more for this top model. If you want mega-bass, go elsewhere, if you want strong but mostly balanced bass, you came to the right place. As I push pixels on a screen all day at work, I can use these near all day, so they've gotten lots of use since first purchase and I've had no problems with them whatsoever.Lastly, I cannot claim to have an Audiophile's ear, but I do believe their sound quality to be at least better than most. If you want Mega-Bass, go look at Beats.Pros:- Refirb price with return guaranty- Sound and volume quality- Battery life is excellent. I can typically get two days use at work out of these at a high volume setting! 15 to 18 hours per charge easy.- Fit of unit (weight on front keeps them on your neck as they should be positioned, tho they may fit a bit tight over a collar) No pinching.- Bluetooth seems to work well, including at least a fair distance capability. Vibration confirmation is both helpful and a bit spooky.- Bud retract functionally has worked well till now, but I am careful not to yank them to the end of their cord length.- Bud ear fit works nice. Stays in well.- Few ever notice I have them on- Bud cords are black and super fine and wearing this unit under a collar and the fine bud cords, law enforcement will never notice you are wearing buds while driving.Cons:- The buttons are a bit so-so on design, at least at first. I'd rather push an up or down volume control, but then ultimately that's usually a phone borne selection. These on the unit slide, which is also no obvious direction such as up or down.- The tiny power switch is in an odd place, a bit too firm and absolutely tiny, but it's not entirely unusable - just 'less than' ergo.- I'd wish a dedicated "Pause" vs one splitting the mute function with the phone capability. Just seems odd.- Buds work well and stay in my ear well, but positioning in your ear can effect the sound qual.- The bud cords, tho for good reason, still seem a bit delicate. I am afraid at some point I will damage them somehow, but at nine months in I see no signs of wear whatsoever, and the retractors are working as well as when new with no binding yet.I like these very much and am more satisfied than any I've has previous - Motorola neck style wireless and a better set of Plantronics 'Audio/Music' excentuated model which still sounded weak. If these do fail I will very possibly buy the same again for one last try.Would I recommend these? Absolutely!Would I buy these again knowing what I know after prolonged use? Again, Absolutely!
