First impressions are pretty good. You get the case a couple of plastic pry tools and a spare plastic frame if you don’t want to use the built in screen protector. This is a well thought out addition as many people will have their own screen protector. The instructions are clear but very basic. Be patient when taking the silicone shell off the frame and don’t pull it. Although it’s sturdy you’ll risk pulling it out of shape which will no doubt be annoying when putting it all back together again. All the ports and buttons line up well. There was a little worry that the volume buttons would be continually pressed but once the silicone is lined up and in place it just rests on them. This means you need to press quite firmly in order to move the volume up and down.This one came with a temporary strap clasped in place so all I did was remove the temporary (small) strap and put the main one. I can imagine this could be annoying if you’re not using it all the time so it would’ve been nice to have somewhere on the cover to store the main strap out of the way. Time will tell on that.I bought this primarily because I wanted a sturdy case that could be used in both portrait and landscape mode. It’s on these two features it doesn’t disappoint. The kickstand on the back rotates 360 degrees with 8 locking positions. You can use the hand strap on the back to turn it. Once you’ve found your ideal position you can pull the kickstand further out and lock it into place. To move it there is a small button on the back which says ‘press’ which allows you to fold it away when not in use.I’ve not used it with a pencil yet but I daresay that it will hold it just fine.If I had any criticisms one of them would be when swiping up. The edge of the case is quite thick and I found myself catching it more than a few times. The strap will be annoying if kept on the case but it’s easy to remove and reattach when needed. The instructions could be a bit clearer as this isn’t your usual press-and-snap-into-place iPad case. It’s also quite thick so my iPad holder may have a problem.I can imagine as most people do, that it will be easy to adapt to these small issues.So far and despite the niggles, the quality at this price point is impressive. Just be patient.

This is a superb tablet case of unparalleled strength and durability. The designers have thought of just about every imaginable expectation of the average consumer. One small caveat, however, for customers who like to use a tablet pencil: Be sure to use an official Apple pencil as it is guaranteed to fit perfectly in the provided slot. I bought a compatible "Aniyoo" pencil (which works just fine) but it's a tad too long for the slot and thus cannot be stored there. If you're not prepared to pay the sky-high price for an Apple pencil, make sure that the compatible brand is no longer than the Apple brand.If you happen to own a metal tablet stand (as in photo), under normal circumstances this rugged case would be way to deep for the clamp to grasp and hold safely in position. As this case has a sturdy adjustable Velcro strap, you can improvise fitting the case to such a stand and it works very well in either landscape or portrait modes. Just make sure the strap is secured tightly.I'm delighted with this case and have no hesitations about highly recommending it.

The instructions are bizarre in both the printed on the package form, and on link to video. However, if you go to YouTube and search the SEYMAC product, you get a very straightforward walkthrough of what to do.Love the handle on the back that lets you hold it like an extension of your palm; it feels very firmly attached to the hand. The stand is similarly good as it holds it firmly in position with the aid of a snap lock. (NB: you need to push down the sprung plastic pimple to release the stand slide)Would recommend this for anyone who needs to take their pads out and about, especially if children are allowed on them

This case was exactly what I needed for my 12 month olds iPad. You’d pay €40-€60 in store for something of this quality. The case can be easily hand held with the adjustable Velcro strap at the back (which also fits perfectly around the bar of my baby’s buggy) The stand also clicks into place and a little release button ensures that it stays in place. The main reason I bought this product was for the adjustable strap that can be detached. The strap fits perfectly around the drivers seat of the car so my little one can be kept entertained during long trips! I’m not one to write a review so this really says it all about how great this product is!

Great case for providing protection from almost anything! Very sturdy and the silicone layer adds cushioning to soften any impact. Strap at the back can be helpful when you're walking around with the iPad and the stand is great - very stable, but you can rotate it for different angles / orientations. Even a small elastic loop at the back for Apple Pencil/ other touchscreen stylus and choice of a front with a screen protector, or without (both included) and the screen protector still allows for great touch screen responsiveness. It is a bit bulky compared to some cases I have had, but that would be the same with other cases offering this level of protection, and it can be difficult to put into a bag with other things (last) as the silicon can be a bit grippy - but the advantages more than make up for these minor snags for me!

Screen protector, front cover and strap all missing...Update - contacted seller who immediately offered to send replacement (at no extra delivery cost, without me having to return the original parts).So far replacement is working great. Many thanks

Arrived on time easy to fit, I like the different options to carry and use it a lot sturdier than my last case, I would highly recommend it, I can’t answer the question about durability as I have only had it about a weeks but so far I’m impressed.

This is a great product to protect my 3 year olds iPad. It protects the full iPad including the screen.It’s easy for my daughter to hold with the handle. Hopefully it will save the iPad from the inevitable drops on the floor!
