Condition of the bulbs was not very good. Half of them looked old, damp and a little mildewed. Some were yellow and some werereddish purple. I don't know if this indicates the color the bloom will be or not.They are all supposed to be all yellow and white. So far I have not been impressed. I will wait till they come up to make my final judgement.Once they come up and bloom I will see what I have.

I ordered twelve Van Zyverden Gladiolus Large Sunny Side Up and 25 Van Zyverden Gladiolus - Large Flowering Rainbow Mixed - Set, arrived fast and in perfect condition and they are rooting already. I found a YouTube video on Gladiolus that got them going. Place them, roots down, in a shallow dish with water, or water mixed with plant nutrients and a tiny bit of Epson Salt. The roots started appearing in less than 24 hrs from touching the water. In a few days they will be ready for planting in our front yard. While you are rooting them make sure they get sunlight or use, like I do, a grow LED light. The bulbs come to life and keep an eye on the shallow water because they will drink it fast.
