I really liked this but it should be replaced. Part of the rope design has cracked just through normal use—just sitting on counter top. This item was rather expensive for this to have happened. I purchased the cup and the toothbrush holder through a different vendor. So far, they are fine.I communicated with the vendor. Extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. He initially behaved as if he was going to assist me because he asked me to send him a picture. Then he responded: “This is past the 30-day return period.” Then why ask a customer to even send a picture if he had no intention of doing anything about it. He is a piece of work, all right!! Who expects a soap dish to start peeling/cracking off after just slightly over two months? His response, “it was fine when you rec’d it”. That is total BS! It appears there may have already been an inherent weakness in the manufacturing of this item. I have two other products from this line that I bought from different vendors (one through Bed, Bath, Beyond) and they are in perfect condition. I would NEVER purchase from this vendor again!!! He does not deserve to be in business!
