This was an interesting concept that I had not really thought about until I saw it. Normally I am looking for a mess kit that has a pot, pan, cup utensils and all packed together. For now this is perfect though. When I go on Scout campouts with my son we will have all that we need since all the cooking is done for the group and we don’t have to do it individually.The care case keeps our kits together and easy to identify. The zipper keeps the cover closed while not in use so that our kit stays clean. The materials seem to be very durable as well so this simple kit should last a long time. The silverware is a normal size and the bowls are smaller than a cereal bowl but that is the give and take of this set. The size of the bowls actually works out well for portion control-something my son has not concept of.I love the double-walled bowls for their ability to not get nearly as hot as its contents. To test this I got burning hot water from the tap and filled them up. I could feel enough heat to think the contents might be hot but nothing close to thinking about burning my hand as I held it. The set is very shiny and well weighted. You can cut with the fork and it is no different than using one from the kitchen-no broken forks in the middle of your camp food for you. The spoons are of equally good quality.This set gets a 5 out of 5 because it performs to expectations and is very accurately described.

The media could not be loaded.  When I go camping. I am tired of bringing my plastic or paper cutlery. Plastis smells bad even after I wash it and paper plates just are not good for the enviroment. So the solution is this awesome set of 2 bowls, 2 spoon, 2 forks and a case. I like how practical it is. The case is made of great durable material and it has a place for each item inside so you have it very well organize. It is great for those people, like me, that like to have their camping things very organized. You could also take it for a picnic. The bowls are bigger than they look. I was able to eat mac and cheese and cereal with milk on them and I was very satisfied. If there is a person that eats more than one bowl, they can just get seconds. It is not worth it to carry a big bowl for that. If you have little kids, you can add other little bowls for them on top of the big ones and put more utinsels for them too. Everything will fit in the case. Anyhow, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I don't find that it smells as other people had said. You just wash it before the first use and that's it.

If you are a person on the go, this is a great product to have. I am a weekend explorer and this comes in handy for picnics, camping or an office reuseable lunch kit to keep in your desk. Easy to clean and built in storage. I may buy another one to keep in the car for trips with my dogs too.This company has great customer service as well. If you have little ones, I recommend this kit for park snack time too. Regardless, I love that it is reusable and an all in one built for two.

The size of the case is very soft and smooth. The set comes with 2 small bowls, 2 forks, and 2 spoons. Both the forks and spoons were a lot larger and much more durable then I expected. However, the bowls were very thin and felt really cheap.Overall the quality of the utensils exceeded my expectations for the price and its great for anyone who travels often.

I like this set, works for tune, oatmeal, noodles, etc. I did make the mistake of liking one of the bowls and got that nasty metal taste. Which made me wonder about the processing, other than taht not to bad and I haven't gotten sick. I use these pretty regular and aside from a few black spots have no complaints.

Really good quality bowls. They are smaller than standard bowls. It fits maybe 2 cups inside. The utensils are a little flimsy but will be okay. In general I love the convenience of this product to have in the car!

My husband loved this gift. It was part of his Father's Day gifts, and we went camping as well. He liked the case it comes in. The items were of great quality for the price.
