I just knew I had messed up buying a mattress off the internet. Especially one that was all foam, I've only had spring with a memory foam topper for the past 10 years. Within the first seconds of it being opened I was expecting an odor as the only bad reviews have mentioned, but I didn't smell anything. Then I buried my face and inhaled, I could *barely* smell an odor. It has since went away. 3 restless nights in my boyfriend said is it just me or is this too firm, and he was right. We kept sleeping on it, waking up in no pain for once. After a week we're asking ourselves if the mattress has gotten softer or if we're just used to it. I personally think it's gotten softer, hoping it's not gonna be worn down in a short period of time (there's no signs of that so far). But the craziest thing is, I'VE COMPLETELY STOPPED SNORING. He informed me I used to saw logs at night and he said I haven't snored once since we've had this mattress.Pros-Wake up with no pain (I have MS, so that's saying a lot).I've completely stopped snoring.(I think) it gets softer/you get used to the firmness within a week.No odor that I could tell (the package was SO beat up but it didn't affect mattress quality).The UPS man put it on a dolly and got it up our steps, we just had to carry it in.I really do think it is cooling, my bf usually sweats all night and that has somewhat subsided.Cons-It may just be too firm for some people. My boyfriend and I are not small people, so we sink into the foam as we sleep. I would say this mattress is just firm, no more no less.It's the internet, you take a gamble with everything you buy if you don't do extensive research!

I bought this mattress for my daughter and was so excited when it finally arrived. Upon unpacking the mattress I noticed these indents. The note that comes in the box says to allow up to 72 hours for the mattress to decompress so I assumed that sometime within the 72 hours the indents would disappear. It’s been about a week now. You can see in the photos that it creates indents on the top of the mattress as well, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Wondering if there was an incident in shipping or manufacturing? Either way, I’ll be looking for a replacement.

please trust these reviews when they say you’re not going to want to get out of bed in the morning- it’s SO TRUE. i’ve had this mattress for only 3 days now and i legit have never slept better. not kidding. i’m 27 and have had back pain from my previous mattress every night for the last year. so after reading reviews on this mattress and understanding that i needed a medium comfort mattress, i picked this one. and oh man did i pick the perfect one!for starters, it came up to 10 inches straight out the plastic. a few hours later, 11. i slept on it the same night because i wasn’t going to wait 72 hours to get another inch on my mattress. now, 3 days later, it’s at 11.5 inches. i’m not complaining at all bc i don’t care for it to be perfectly 12 (and i know at some point it will be 12). for comfort level, this is definitely on the medium plush side. it’s so soft and you basically sink into the mattress without actually sinking. this is by far the best memory foam i’ve slept on. i’m a side and stomach sleeper and have issues with sleep all night (very light sleeper/hot sleeper/constant turning). i found myself sleeping like an infant all night these last couple of days PLUS seriously not wanting toget out of my bed. i’ve slept an extra hour both days because the mattress is that comfortable. i highly highly recommend it.

So disappointed.This mattress is very soft and no way is medium/firm.I sit on and the edge sinks very low.I considered returning but how does one return a mattress to New York.Will just toss it that’s all it’s worth.

It's not often that I'll rave about a product but this mattress is amazing. I ordered the medium firm because I need the support for my back. I'm finally getting a solid seven to eight hours of good sleep and better still, I get up without a stiff, aching back. I highly recommend this mattress.
