Quaker Baked Flats, Cranberry Almond, 5-3 Bar Packs (Pack of 8)

I received a sample pack (3 bars) in the mail, and ate all of them right away. I love anything cranberry and almonds. What I taste is definitely the almonds, and then the cranberries, and then a few of the other nuts. . I wish the cranberries were bigger, as of now they are just a speck of a piece of cranberry... very tiny pieces. And the cranberry pieces are on the tough side, but I still love these things, go figure. The breakfast flats are crunchy, not soft. I have eaten up to 5 of them at one sitting as they taste great when dipped in coffee. I am not a breakfast person, but I take 14 to 16 pills at breakfast, lunch, and supper time, and I have to eat something to take any pills, even one pill, because if I don't, then I end up throwing up. I have been making sure to have bananas, oranges, and apples on hand so that I can have one of those with the pills, but after months and months of eating those 3 fruits, I was a bit sick of them. So having the Quaker Breakfast Flats, takes care of eating something to take the crap load of pills! I bought the package where you get 8 boxes and in each box is 5 packets and in each packet is 3 breakfast flats. (8 x 5 x 3 = 120 breakfast flats) These are also good to throw in my purse, and also for kids to have in their lunches. Amazon's price is great, and with Prime, you get free shipping... can't beat that.

Good flavor, 3 flats to each wrapped package and I enjoyed them. Quaker has many other flavors in their breakfast flats, but I have only tried this one. They arrived with no breakage and right on time. The individual packages have a fitted piece of cardboard under the flats and it keeps them from breaking and crumbling. The flavor was very good and the other flavors sound good as well. I also really like BelVita Breakfast Biscuits , also sold by Amazon with a variety of flavors. Both brands are suggested for breakfast and/or snack. I find that they last & keep you full for about 4 hours. They hare high protein and high fiber. The fiber is enough to keep a person regular which is a nice side effect. Amazon scores again.

We love these Quaker baked flat bars. They are great for a quick breakfast on the go, or to carry a pack of them in the backpack or tote bag. The cranberry is our favorite but blueberry is good and so is banana. And they are crispy- not all crumbly and messy like some bars

Of the 4 flavors of Quaker Baked Flats I've tried this week, Cranberry Almond ranks #3 for me. It's a really neutral flavor. I don't mean that in a bad way! They taste light and nutty and sweet, and overall I loved them! It's just that nothing about them really stands out like with the other 3 flavors. Overall, they taste great and have the same fine-milled texture that sold me on Quaker's Flats originally.

I have been eating these bars for breakfast for a few years now. They are satisfying, taste great, and I don't get tired of them. I have tried other flavors, they are okay, but this is the one I come back to.

The cranberry flavor is really good. However the banana flavor needs more work, which is the reason for four stars. I plan to try the other flavors.

This is a great item for a morning breakfast. The serving size is just right for me. The taste is good also.
