My nephew recommended this to my wife and me. We are incredibly impressed. I’ve never used a protein powder that has mixed so well! No gross clumping sludge like every other powder I tried, and the taste is great! The directions state to mix in cold water or milk. I’ve found that it mixes better in water than milk and the tasted doesn’t suffer or taste watery at all. We’ve only gotten the Cookies & Cream because the taste is great, but we are planning to try other flavors after finishing the second 5 lbs. container we’re working through.The nutrition breakdown is solid: 155 calories, 3.5g fat, 60mg cholesterol, 65mg sodium, 6g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 25g protein. The ingredients are simple without a bunch of filler: Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavor, salt, cookie pieces, and sucralose.I would highly recommend and will continue to use.

What happened to this product? I remember having this years ago . Scooper was regular sized, it used to mix instantly even with a spoon that was when Marc was in his prime YouTube years when this brand focused on quality. Something is off about this protein even the smell of it smells odd. And the scoop is huge now almost like weight gainers. Idk what’s wrong or what happened I’m guessing their now using fillers allegedly this protein powder looks like Walmart brand body fortress powders , smells and taste like itToo. Save your money that’s just my opinion

I love this protein, and now it's the only one I'll use.Mixes well, tastes great.I swear, they must smash up Oreos and put them in here.I usually purchase through TigerFitness.com as they offer a veteran discount and also have great sales around various holidays.

Firstly the Pros:Taste - AmazingQuality - Top notchMix ability - with a shaker it did its duty fine.Cons: I really wanted this protein to work for me but instead i had terrible stomach issues, such as ,feeling tired and upset, bowel issues and worst of all it makes you under-perform when feeling this way. ( however i gave my friend and he did not have these downsides)Recommend?I know that only certain people would be affected by the issues and not all so , if you got a tough stomach and think you can manage it , sure this is probably the best tasting whey that mixes with water and is incredible. However if you know you have had stomach issues especially with wheys from before stay away...

If you're into fitness there is no doubt you've seen some fitness you tubers post about this product with their discount code (which ends up being he same price after shipping but takes longer to arrive than if you have Amazon prime).I was skeptical as I've tried countless brands of protein all claiming to have a better taste than the other, and at the end of the day they all still have the bad after taste we all try and get away from. I'm typically a cellucor guy, because I feel it has a better taste, but after trying this (cookies and cream flavor) I am officially an MTS guy. A cpl carbs more than I like in my protein but still relatively low at 6g per serving especially for how delicious it is!!!Mixing - 10 (even with milk)Taste - 9 (even with just water, not a 10 because hey, there's always room for improvement in taste)Nutritional breakdown - 8.5-9Worth the buy, it's really good.
