Original and Deluxe Inner Core Cover

This cover has been an absolute lifesaver. I bought it without thinking I'd really need it, but the second day I used it, we had a big diaper leak that would've ruined my Brest Friend pillow. Since then, between random baby pees, spit-up, and the occasional leaking nipple while nursing, my nursing pillow still gets exposed to a lot more than I expected. This waterproof cover protects the foam underneath and gives me peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about accidents soaking into the pillow itself. It’s easy to put on and fits well under the pillow cover. The zipper goes on the bottom side of the pillow, so it doesn't impact the baby when laying on it. It's easy to wipe down when you do have an accident to clean up. I've used this multiple times a day every day for the last 3 months, and it looks and feels brand new. Honestly, I consider this a necessity rather than a nice-to-have accessory. The added protection and sense of security are well worth the cost. Highly recommend for any breastfeeding parent using a My Brest Friend pillow.

Best thing available but it is bothersome that it only covers the part the baby lays on because it frequently gets spit up, peed or milked on right where the waterproof cover cuts off and the pillow itself is extremely hard to clean.

Seems like most of the people giving negative reviews just had misplaced expectations - but this was exactly what I expected and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is a plastic cover to go under the cloth cover. It only covers the big part of the pillow, but it doesn't need to cover the rest because you're unlikely to get milk on that part. I find it essential to prevent milk from seeping into the pillow and making it stank. I have a pretty fast flow and good supply so either I get milk on the pillow or my baby spits up on it. It doesn't make the pillow crinkly or annoying, and it makes it easier to get the cloth covers on and off. The one disadvantage is that since the milk doesn't seep into the pillow it stays wet, but you can just take off the cloth cover and hang it up to dry (or wash it). I highly recommend getting this in advance to protect your pillow.

Did not realize this was a plastic cover. Does have a plastic smell, very stiff and does make noise. Can't find another waterproof cover so I will keep it just wish it was a different material

When I tell you I would have paid 10X this price for this pillow 3 weeks into my first breastfeeding journey, you need to understand this is no exaggeration. Round the clock feeding trying to smush/squish and adjust other pillows that don't have the belt or just regular old bed pillows 10/10 don't recommend. Both my wrists and shoulder were suffering before this guy! The belt truly is the golden ticket, keeping this pillow in place and supportive at 2pm or 3am. Love that a waterproof liner and additional covers are available for those messy moments, because trying to clean poo off the cover when your eyes won't stay open is not a party I recommend attending, much better to just have a second handy! Overall great quality and highly functional item!

This is just a piece of plastic sized to fit the main part of the pillow. It is not a polyester material as description states.

Purchased this inner core cover along with an outer cover for a brest friend we purchased at a resell shop. Baby was in NICU almost 100 days and this item never left the space; used it to hold her and feed her every three hours. Much better than the boppy (Imo). This cover fit securely and protects the brest friend well. Highly recommend.

I just had my second baby and am using my pillow from my first which the foam is ripping where the front meets the back, so I got this thinking the liner will hold it together when I have to wash the cover. The liner is just for the front half and ends right at the rip so not what I was hoping for at all.
