Heavy Duty Security Boxes to Fit Bushnell Trophy Cam 2011, 2010, and 2009 Models

This box is very heavy duty. I couldn't decide between this model and the lighter version. I decided on this one because I thought that out in the woods where someone had the time to work undisturbed, I needed to have as much security surrounding my Bushnell camera as possible. Nothing will stop a determined thief, but this box is about the best thing that I could ever imagine to house and protect the camera.The box is very heavy. The metal is thick enough that I don't think the average guy with a crowbar is going to be able to bend it.The camo finish matches the persimmon tree and the oak tree bark to which I've had it attached.The box has a number of holes in it so that you can take sturdy screws and bolt it in several places to a tree. There are also holes in the sides so that you can run a Masterlock Python cable through it to lock it to the tree.I've only had one issue with the box, and that is that the hole that is in the bottom of the box to run a padlock through is cut at 50mm (if I remember correctly). The problem with that came when I tried to use a heavy 50mm shank padlock to lock it, there is no extra room for the shackle to wiggle through the hole. So I had to use a smaller padlock in order for it to freely go through the hole but I'd rather use a big padlock that is similar in strength to the box itself.When I have time I'll take a drill bit and make the diameter of the hole a bit larger, but for now I need the box in the woods (because it's hunting season) protecting my camera.

This is my favorite security box for the Bushnell Trophy Cam. I have purchased four different types of boxes for my Trophy Cams and CamLocks are head and shoulders above the other brands. They are built to fit the camera and lock together well so they can't be easily pried apart. The only issue I had with the CamLocks till finding the Heavy Duty version was that the metal used was so thin, where as some of the other brands used a 12 gauge steel that was much more sturdy. This box is much more substantial than the standard duty version, uses 10 gauge steel, locks together well and doesn't warp when bolted to an uneven surface like the standard box does. Hands down the best security box for the money.

This is a great heavy duty steel case for the trail cam. I use several of these trail cams for security on my up north cabin and garage as well as to capture pics of deer and game on my property. All of my cameras are mounted in these security boxes with python cables and padlocks. All purchased from this provider.

Excellent construction. Very heavy duty, fits Bushnell Trophy Cam precisely, nice paint job that blends well. As close to a perfect product as I've ever had. Highly recommend!

This is a heavy duty box that fits the Bushnell perfectly. I bought the recommended cable to secure the camera and box to a tree, and all work together well. I bought the box/cable/camera set up to use for surveillance of our front yard. This was a lot easier to install than wiring a video camera system or depending on a wireless system. The box protects the camera, however a person could hit the camera lens with a screwdriver and likely break it. On the good side, it will take their picture if they approach.
