Died
Sensor solved my problem but the darn thing died while I was driving on the toll way and threw my car into limp mode while I was going 85mph.

It didn't work. The Denso did...
I took the chance that this aftermarket O2 sensor would work. It has the same part number cross reference (234-9040) as the OEM O2 sensor from Denso, and it was just a bit over half the price, so I figured it was worth a try. This did absolutely nothing. I cleared the error code and it came back immediately. Same error code, same behavior as the faulty one. I then purchased and installed the Denso version (at nearly twice the price), and it worked just as you'd expect. The error code cleared and car is running good again. I can't say whether this Kwiksen was defective or just didn't work in this vehicle (2003 Honda Accord LX 2.4L), but it was listed as compatible and has the same part number reference as the OEM replacement from Denso. The Denso works and this one didn't, so...Other thoughts:This one did not have the rubber wire retention barrel around a small section of the wiring to allow it to clip into the factory wire holder (that holds the wiring away from hot engine/exhaust components). Not a big deal - I could have just bent the engine clip that holds the wire and it would have worked fine, but it is a difference between the Denso and a small negative. I probably wouldn't have docked a star for it if the sensor worked. Fortunately it was a pretty easy job to replace so I didn't waste a ton of time by having to replace it again with the Denso, but still annoying to have to do the job twice. The offset socket for removing the old O2 sensor worked great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMN4D1Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Check engine code be gone ...
Got rid of the check engine light and code for a faulty oxygen sensor on a 2003 Honda Accord EX. Issue was a corroded sensor. Passed inspection. Required a oxygen sensor tool, which I rented and returned to the auto parts store. Old v New sensor in picture.
