Read the reviews before I bought and for a cheap treadmill I can’t complain, took a little while to adjust so as it worked and ran smooth with a YouTube tutorial to help me but over all it works very well.If your looking for something sturdy or quiet, up your price.Does not fold

Ordered this treadmill during pandemic to get some exercise at home. Only used for fast walking every day but it literally went pop after 6 months and stopped working. Contacted the seller who wanted video of it not working. Sent video showing power on but panel not lighting up.After a month of 'discussion' they agreed to send a new motor and electrical board and asked me to fix myself. When I said I wasn't comfortable doing that they said they would pay me £20 for my trouble, I still said no and they upped it to £50. When it became obvious they weren't going to send a replacement, give me my money back or send someone to fix I attempted to fix myself.I got it working but there is still a bad burning smell coming from it when in use. I went back to seller and explained this and they asked me for another video. I am not sure how I would video a bad burning smell other than me holding my nose.I have now insisted they either give me a replacement or a refund but they have now stopped answering my emails. I have contacted amazon who have also emailed them with no response.I have checked the warranty in the instruction manual and it quite clearly states 1 year. I have now taken it that they are refusing to honour the warranty. Also I never received the £50.

Good item for the money , however does not have Bluetooth capabilities as advertised. The seller is now aware and put the issue right.

This is a cheap treadmill and is what should be expected for the price. Unfortunately the one I has failed within a week, with the main power board having a major fault.I contacted customer support, who were very helpful. They wanted to fully understand the problems I had to ensure future customers did not have the same experience. I was given a full refund and feel my issue was just “bad luck”.The treadmill worked well, with a powerful motor and easy to use controls.A good product for the cost. Don’t let my unfortunate experience put you off.

excellent product

Brought this as a replacement for my old broken treadmill. Unfortunately it seems a downgrade from my previous one, the treadmill feels small and slow.

I've had this for a year and a half. It's very very poor, super basic but even then, bad quality. I hate using it as it moves when I use it and I slip all the time because the belt catches I think. Very low speed. Spend an extra £100 and get something much better.

Great treadmill.I purchased it for my Nan's birthday and as a gift to help her stay active. Although she is elderly, she has always loved being out and about. And would try to get out as often as possible to run errands, like going to the post office and visiting the Sunday markets. But since the pandemic, she has been stuck inside.Enter the amazing Dripex treadmill.It was easy to set up when it arrived and the treadmill its nice and sturdy, perfect for my Nan to hold onto the arm supports as she is in her 80's.Moreover, it gets up to a good speed of up to 12km which will be great for when I come and visit as I like to do a run most mornings.It was delivered in great time and packaged very well. It is a good size and is now situated in the conservatory so my Nan can walk whilst looking out on her beautiful garden.Would definitely recommend. It is not foldable
