Was looking for a small UV flashlight and researched a lot of them. Found a review site that did detailed comparisons of a dozen or more and decided this LUMINTOP flashlight should meet my requirements. In spite of the listing saying no battery was included, mine arrived with a USB-C rechargeable 14500 battery, a pleasant surprise. Tested the light on several things, including US currency (to validate it is legit by the UV-visible stripe) and the bathrooms in our house and it worked very well. If you want to be grossed out, shine a UV light around your bathrooms, you may be appalled at what you see. The light works well and is a good value, particularly if it includes the rechargeable battery.

Compact and pocketable, bright, two modes, and battery is included. Just remember to unscrew the body, take the plastic off the end of the battery before you decide it’s not working. Works well for identifying pet mess, deep cleaning, inspections at work, etc. Worth every penny.

I purchased it to use for "hunting" tomato horn worms at night. Horn worms can strip a plant of its leaves within a day or two. The worms are green so almost impossible to see during the day as they blend with the foliage. Since they are organic material, they fluoresce at night which makes them much easier to find. The flashlight is small enough to fit in the palm of an average-sized adult's hand.

This light is excellent in almost every way - great illumination, small & sturdy housing, easy to use and excellent craftsmanship. Even the USB-C rechargeable battery is pretty good (other AA batteries are better, but this one is pretty convenient to recharge). There is just one annoying flaw: the color-changing LED on the tail switch never turns off. This feature makes it easy to find in your bag but drains the battery constantly. What good are all the other features if the battery is dead? LUMINTOP - Please consider deleting this feature or making it optional. Thanks!

What a great tiny flashlight for rock hounding and checking out gems. Totally recommend this great quality, light good power and excellent build.

Works great, but you need to loosen the battery cap when you're not using it or a little light on the end of it doesn't turn off.

Shines better than any fake garbage $10 purple light because this is a real blacklight with a real filter (zwb3 if I recall correctly). The small form factor is great, but easy to lose. One of the rare few high quality flashlight brands on amazon. Only fits one battery (not included, either, which sucks) -- and recommends a 14500 size, which is somewhat hard to find sometimes, so keep that in mind. The button to switch from high to low can be a little touchy, but it's fine once you figure out that's why it's gone dark (and not that you're bad at seeing or something).

It keeps switching from the bright mode to the dim mode after about 3 or so seconds. Replacing the battery makes no difference. Don’t recommend buying this one!

Auf den Bildern und im Text wird erwähnt es wäre kein Akku dabei. In der Produktbeschreibung steht es wäre ein Akku dabei, also auf gut Glück bestellt. Lampe ist gerade angekommen und es ist ein Akku dabei, welcher sich direkt per USB-C Handy Ladegerät aufladen lässt. Bestens!!! 👍 Und die Lampe funktioniert auch mit einfacher AA Batterie, ist aber logischerweise nicht ansatzweise so stark. Und einmal durch das dunkle Badezimmer gegangen mit dieser Lampe, welches vermeintlich sauber erschien, wird man eines besseren belehrt. Urgh!

Don't bother with those cheap alternatives, this is what you need! Great real UV torch!
