Helps stay Focused and Cognitive Function..
Become fond of Alpha GPC choline, I use pill forms as well, but like most supplements. Not all are created equal. I do a ton of research before I do or try anything. If you have memory, focusing problems or brain fog. This liquid Alpha is great and taste like sugar. The Plant itself is very sweet so is this. Potent, clean and pure. My mom loves it now, keeps asking to get her some cause its been helping in every way. Even mood support. Stay on lower doses, smaller and build on if you want. So if you want help being alert give it a try. Haven't noticed any side effects as long as you dont take alot. Stay hydrated.

Works well for busy brains
We use these nightly to help relax our minds. Works great and you can control the amount you take. We are up to 9 drops which is still pretty low dosage doe melatonin. Highly recommend over anything else we've tried in the past

My Personal Experience Only
This may help with my symptoms & I really like the ability to fine tune dosing. Maybe this is just an issue I have, BUT I also found it seems to have removed taste buds on the center line of my tongue & had stung the inside of mouth, uvula & throat when attempting to use sublingually or in food or coffee.

So far so good, but waiting to notice actual results!
I have been taking this every morning for over a week. I understand it usually takes a month or so to actually see results from supplements. It was recommended as a supplement by a functional mental health provider to help with adult ADHD and help with motivation. I honestly haven’t noticed a difference yet but I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. Surprised by the taste. Not bad at all (citrus flavor). No heavy or bad after taste, easy to swallow. Much better than trying to swallow a huge pill. Will continue to take.

Personalized dose
Pretty good product. I like the fact that I can really fine-tune the dose because the regular capsules (300 mg) are just too much for me as I feel tired with that dose. I ran a few tests and I really found the dose that doesn’t make me tired, but that improves my cognitive functions. I am really happy with the product!

I’ve used the pill and the liquid. This works just as good and gets rid of that brain fog really well.

Got extremely ill
I've been using ALPHA GPC for 20 years and this was the worst. Got extremely ill, as did others who tried it. We all felt like we were having seizures. The same for the Gold solution. The raw powder for this must be a cheap import from China.
