Jura 15075 Automatic Coffee Machine J90, Brilliant Silver

We've had the J90 for over a year now, and we're pleased with the results. We don't typically make milk-based drinks, but the coffee, espresso, and ristretto have been consistently excellent. The machine is very easy to use and maintain, which are some of the reasons we selected it. One of the more negative reviews was complaining about the plastic parts. I was also disappointed by how much plastic was used, but so far this has not created any problems for us.

Broke within two months. I have been buying Jura products for 18 years and have always love them. They seem to be making them out of cheaper material. Very disappointed.

Love this machine that I got for my office. Have one at home already and the coffee it makes - espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and regular coffee - is sooo much better tasting than what you get at a Starbucks etc. The wife and I have been using the Illy medium roast and now also the extra crema from Lavazze (more budget friendly but still great) and we can’t be happier. Highly recommended machine!!

This is coffee! I visited a client that had one of these and had a latte while I was there and paired with great coffee it was phenomenal. I found it hard to justify the price but got collegues to pitch in. There where some learning curves but it is totally worth it!

Shipped in time but can't recommend the machine if you make any milk drinks. The milk comes out luke warm at best. It can be a great machine if the milk temperature can be adjusted higher.

I finally splurged on this Jura -- only to unbox, clean, set up, fill with beans, fill milk container, and ....the big nothingAfter getting on the phone with Jura, who was not that helpful, and questioned whether or not my brand new Jura would be under warranty based on where it was purchased, ........It was determined that my machine was defective and I would need to put more time and energy into cleaning, boxing, and bringing the Jura back to UPS.......about 4 hours of my life wasted. Jura customer care not very helpful - at all. Very disappointed indeed --
