KMS HAIRSTAY Anti Humidity Seal, 4.1 oz, 4.1 Ounce (Pack of 1)

I live in Florida, the humidity capital of the world and this product actually works to prevent what I call "brillo hair!" I can even go outside in the rain and my hair won't frizz. Be aware that this is NOT a hairspray. It is a product that once sprayed on the hair, creates a moisture barrier between your hair and the humidity. Is not a hairspray.

This product is my go-to for hot, humid days. Keeps my hair from turning into a frizzy mess and ending up like Monica from Friends.Is essentially a spray-on oil but does not weigh down curls. Spray generously and your hair should be sheen and frizz free!

I put this to the test in the Dominican Republic- and it did wonders! I will say, I sprayed layers and layers all over my hair, but as someone who has regularly done this with other anti-humidity sprays with no luck in Southern US humidity- this actually worked without any crunch (which is what allows you to layer it on). I will say, it made my hair looking super duper greasy as I left the hotel room, and I styled my hair in waves to give it volume and mask how flat and greasy my hair looked right after a super deep wash. As the day progresses though, the greasy look leaves and you get a nice healthy looking shine. For reference, I am Dominican, I have curly hair and was using this on my straightened hair. This spray carried me through beach trips, multiple parties, riding around with the top down on super humid/rainy days, a wedding where I danced for like 3 hours straight, waking up the next morning to a hangover face, but perfect hair. Everyone else's hair was frizzy af. The best part is the curly hair at my hairline stayed soft and straight- this was a really good protective barrier which unlike other sprays relies on moisture to prevent humidity vs idk what other stuff. By the last day I ran out before I got to the top layer of my hair so I was able to compare the difference. While the bottom of my hair looked frizz free and shiny, the top half started to frizz immediately, and I looked a little crazy. I will probably stock up on this, as I live in NC and summers here shrink my hair length by about an inch when straightened.

I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I've purchased it several times and use it tame frizz after I blow out my naturally curly, extra fine hair. It smells amazing and is lightweight. You do not need a lot and it really makes my highlights pop with my cool brown base color. For the price I do wish it lasted longer... but it's worth it. This has become one of my regulars. Love it.
