Not too bad.
I've never really been a coffee drinker so I can't compare the flavor to anything. To me it simply smells & tastes like coffee.Prior to purchasing these, I tried Konjac Root for about 2 months to help keep me from over eating. I had mixed results and lots of abdominal pain so I stopped.I tried Garcinia Cambogia pills, but again abdominal pain kicked in after a few weeks and gave it up also.I noticed everyone and their grandma was trying these and were giving positive reviews so I figured I'd give them a chance. I take one packet a day before breakfast with a little bit of ice, a touch of 2% milk, and a packet of truvia sweetener. After my first box of Javita, I had lost 10 pounds. I picked up another box, but did not see anymore weight loss.I stopped taking Javita for about 3 weeks and my weight slowly started creeping up. Once I started on Javita again, I was able to lose the weight I gained, but it stopped there. I no longer lose weight on this stuff, but I keep taking it because I don't want to gain anything back. It also doesn't give me any abdominal pain like the other stuff I tried.If you need to lose a few pounds, this will probably do the trick. :)

This will curb your appetite.
I loved the flavor of this coffee. I loved that it curbed my appetite. However, for me, I need to eat a balanced diet to lose weight. It wasn't the magic fat melting product we all hope for.

Not what I expected
I bought this in the hopes that it was a diet suppressant. It did not control my appetite. In fact I actually gained weight while on it.

Taste Great-Doesnt Work
The coffee is actually very pleasant but I lost zero pounds on this so I will stick with my gourmet coffee

I've lost a few pounds. Not what I expected on the slow weight loss. I'll keep drinking it since several other reviews have stated to give it a full month.
