I am truly satisfied with this tea it's great for cleaning your body out when you ate bloated

I tend to have issues going to the bathroom. Sometimes I don't go for a day or two before I go again and after drinking this tea it litterally regulated my #2 process...my only issue is the taste...but all you have to do is add some peppermint tea to the mix and BAM! You got some tea that regulates you and taste good 👍

It really works but you use the restroom a lot so please remember and it will be #2

I started drinking this tea about a month ago. I had tried others and have to admit this is the best one for me. It is not harsh on you. I started out with one tea bag to see how it worked. It was okay, but I find if I drink it for lunch and then for dinner, it works best. You have to find out what is most effective for yourself.Other tea bags used to make me urinate like crazy at night this one doesn't do that. So I am happy and sold to this product.Also I have lost a few pounds with it too. I have been on a diet and it has been a slow process for me. I wouldn't rely completely on it to loose weight, but it can help you out. It has a program with it, but I am going to what I have been doing which is just eating less and more sensibly and that seems to work too.

I'm giving this tea, 3 stars, because it doesn't work for weight loss on eveyone, I don't have much weight to loss, but it's always nice to know that you could drop 5 lbs, if you do what you should, but it may work for someone as part of you weight loss plan. Good luck!!!!!!!I've been taking this tea for a 4 days, it really works. It doesn't have a bad taste at all. If your system is sensitive to any kind of laxatives, make sure for the first wk, you're able to get to a bathroom; after that your body will get use to it. Your system will get into a daily routine. The instructions say that it helps w/weight loss, if you eat healthy food and to exercise. I don't know that it works for weight loss, I've not lost any weight, even though I only eat organic food and exercise. If I noticed any weight loss later on, I'll re-write my review. IT WORKS FOR CONSTIPATION :)

Ive been using this for awhile now and ive gotten rid of retained water & bloat

This is very effective for preventing constipation, however, USE IN MODERATION!This one does not taste good - the mint one tastes better. If you do buy this one, brew it with an additional bag of mint tea & it's much better. I brew 3 bags strong in a quart jar & drink it over a 5 day period. Too much will give you intestinal cramping, so be careful until you're used to it.
