The console was good, but the coupons were out dated. They expired a year ago and we don’t know of how to revive them. The stock is very old (two years old). The delivery was on time.

Delivery- came three days after ordering.Hardware- it was good , nicely packed , everything's there.Setting up the xbox was pretty easy.The xbox will ask for a netwrok connection,it will update itself. It says 800MB update but it will take atleasy 1.3 gb to set it up completely. After redeeminh battelfield 5 code it showed that it started downloading.. the game is 43.75GB but it will atleast take 50Gb of your data as theres many uses of internet while using xbox.If you have internet connection of daily usage like jio or something then i recommend you to download the full game till it takes and then redeem the xbox live code and game pass code as theyre only 14 days and 1month respectively. I have jio so this will take lots of days to download :(.

The console is cheap but requires subscription of Xbox live gold (₹699 per month + taxes). You pay this in addition to the cost of purchasing the game. Add another subscription of Xbox game pass (another ₹699 per month + taxes) and you are looking at expenditures in excess of ₹1400+tax every month, or a whopping ₹16800+tax a year just for gaming. This is something Microsoft does not advertise anywhere on its website. You realise you have been duped when you try to game on the console after the one month complimentary live gold expires.The console is practically useless without Xbox live gold subscription, as almost all modern games will ask for it for syncing and saving game data.

They haven't clearly written there that we have to download the game of 33 GB , no games are preinstalledBuy only if comfortable to get a broadband connection because all games are about 25 GB to 30 GB , also some are about 100 GB sized , along with prizes like 1400 per game and some famous games to 4000Also if u are willing to play games online , you have to pay 700 per month as xbox live gold subscription , too much costly for a middle class family person , so please take care before you buy !

Microsoft shoves updates down your throat!!You either have to do a 500 MB update when they tell you or stay offline. Not even a choice to snooze installation of updates. Just when you want to watch something or play a game it says "time for an update. We will let you know when its done". Gets to my friggin NERVES!! Sometimes it takes hours to complete that update and you would lose interest and switch the damn thing off. Absolutely annoying. Am throwing this piece of crap out of the window and buying PS4.

I am a PS4 person and that was my first console. This is my first Xbox and I love it. 4K gameplay especially playing Forza is mind blowing. Smooth gameplay without any lag. Coming from Playstation I felt the user interface is bit confusing on Xbox as PS interface is awesome. Got one month of Game Pass and Xbox Gold codes which is awesome. We can download Favorite games from the Microsoft store using Game Pass. And yeah got full game code of The Division 2.Warranty of 3 months was already gone when I checked the serial number. I spoke to Microsoft US customer service and they happily adjusted the warranty and now I have complete One year warranty ☺️ US customer service is really awesome and friendly and even help you to setup your Xbox.
