LINKSWELL GEN IV 12.1 Inch Radio Replacement for RAM 2019 2020 2021 Trucks New Body Style 1500/2500/3500 Android 8.1 T-Style Car Stereo Touch Screen Head Unit Multimedia Bluetooth GPS Navigation

I installed this screen onto a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab. The install went well with no problems. Instructions were clear for most part. This issues I'm having are with some of the vehicles stock functions. 1. The intermittent function on the wipers doesn't work now. 2. The park sense audio doesn't work and the sideview mirrors adjust downward when placed into Reverse,but return when in drive. Amazon referred me to the seller or Linkswell. So far no reply. Will update.Update. Fixed all issues I had with wipers and mirrors. Does what I wanted.

So far its ok still getting used to its features. My main concern is the backup camera input makes the trucks camera glicth and is really shaky, also constantly losing signal. Contacted customer support but haven't gotten any response for any type of remedy. Will update if I get any answers

After owning radio for a few months I'm happy I bought it. Radio sounds good, videos play well. Love that I can hotspot to radio with phone and watch Netflix, YT etc. HDMI in and out is great for sending vidoes on phone SD card to radio and also for send video to screen attached to back seat for kids. Android Auto works great. My one complaint is that when it boots up the fan settings default to 1, I wish it would bootup to exact setting for the climate controls but that is a minor issue for me. I didn't have the steering wheel radio controls so I bought a Bluetooth button set ($30) I added to radio and pairing was very easy.

Really good product specially if you wanting to do an update on a 2019 and up Ram 1500 dt models not classics. Mine had some issues with software but it was resolved with customer support. Also is only through whatapp to fix any issues. Other then that the system is good and it looks amazing on my truck. Price is good I wish it was less expensive. But over all is a good upgrade

This radio is amazing why did I wait so long to decide to get it .my truck came with the 5 inch radio no nav or even Android autoHave been looking for a radio with nav and a bigger screen.This radio has a factory look and fits into the stock bezel. the sound is amazing (took a while to get it adjusted).all the wires plugged into the factory wires. Took about 2 hours to install only because I didn't read all the directions the first time. if you are able to navigate an android phone you should have no problem setting this thing up.

First time booting up sounded great. After that it was a hit and miss if sound would be right. Evert time it would boot the sound would be different. Took it into local audio place. They said they haven't seen a tesla style radio not do it. Took a long time to boot up and they said it was the cause. They added its own wire for an ignition source. Still didn't fix the issues. Another problem is sometimes it will let me dim the screen and most of the time not. Back up camera picture quality is bad at best.. Besides the issues one thing they don't tell you is you WILL lose all your factory options i.e. mirror tilt, dim mirrors. Basically anything you can change user preferences on. So before install make sure to have everything set were you want it. Seems like the truck retains your setting just can't switch them without the stock head unit. I am going to try to warranty it. So if new one works I will update. Update: got second unit. Still had audio issues. Noticed that the back up camera was intended to have guide lines. First one did not have them. This unit camera didn't even work. Still unknown if it was truck itself somehow interfering with it or if it is the radio itself. Sofar the seller has been good to deal with. Can't complain about them.

I love how versatile this product is, I was a bit worried at first but it's everything you want

The media could not be loaded.  For the price the radio is great. It works as stated. Android Auto, Apple Carplay, Netflix, Chrome and a bunch more.I was skeptical but am very happy with it. The factory camera works and the steering wheel controls work.I love the look and that it looks factory.
