My Go-To Flash Drive: Lexar E32C (Yup, Got Two!)
Look, I'm not super techy, but I know what works. And these Lexar E32C flash drives? They work. I've had 'em for over two years now, and I actually bought two of them. The dual USB-A and USB-C is super handy, especially with all the different devices I use. They're fast enough for what I need, and they've been reliable. For the price, you really can't go wrong. If you need a simple, dual-connector flash drive that just does its job, this is it.

Lexar 32GB USB 3.2 Gen 1 is compact and versatile
Much smaller than I thought when ordering. Feels solid for is size. I really like it. The whole large end goes right into a standard USB A port. The USB C end works instantly in Android phone, tablet, and Windows laptop. Even though it's a fast USB 3.2 it must be realized that small devices also have very small circuitry and little cooling capability, so it doesn't sustain that fast transfer rate on large data transfers, but bursts up and goes back down to 0 in-between in a sawtooth pattern when graphed. But still satisfied for my needs, and price was excellent, so I bought 2. Also, the size "32G" is clearly labeled on the back.

Great little flash drive
Perfect for my needs, going between USB-C tech and older USB A tech. I'm not a super heavy user so I can't speak to that but it's reliable and does what I need it to do at a good price point

Small in Size, Big in Capacity
This is a switch of sorts on the usual USB thumbdrive in that it sports both USB type A and type C connectors. The latter lets the flashdrive connect to some of the more recent devices which use USB type C ports. The downside of this is that the connector "flips" around to expose the alternate type, but in adopting this design, there is no protection for the connector. I mistakenly thought this was a drive which protected its USB type A connector by flipping it inward to hide it, but in this case, doing so simply exposes the type C connector with its metal shroud to pick up whatever is out there in terms of ESD.Despite this drawback, the drive is well made and is quite small (which might not be an advantage when it comes to losing it). With up to a 100 MB/s read speed, it is plenty fast for most all uses and sizes are available which should satisfy most any portable data storage requirements.

Versatile storage to put on your keychain
Having both connector types is really handy to move files between a desktop PC and my Macbook. This is currently my favorite USB stick.

Works quite well and so does Lexar's support.
I didn't quite know how to operate this and contacted Lexar's support. It took a couple of days but what was typed was easy and I love this product. Using my phone to my laptops don't always work and this is a breeze.

Files disappear, won't delete, don't get updated
I have no idea what's wrong with this drive, but it's completely useless for me. I'll copy a folder full of files to the drive, my computer will show the progress meter, my computer will show that all files have been copied, I'll open some of the files to verify that they do exist and contain everything they should contain on the drive, and then when I disconnect the drive from one computer and connect it to another computer it shows up empty. When I connect it back to the first computer it's still empty. Other times, I'll delete files from the drive, empty trash, verify that the files have been deleted through the terminal, and then when I connect the drive to another computer the files are back, haven't been deleted. So something is just flat out wrong with the firmware on this drive. The embedded controller must be telling the host computer that the flash memory has been updated when actually it has not. I've never seen anything like this before. But the drive is definitely useless for me.
