Toyota 12204-74030 PCV Valve

Great Toyota OEM part while doing a tune up i decided to replace my PCV valve a part that is overlooked on alot of cars the installation took about 15 minutes just make sure when replacing the PCV valve if your going to replace the grommet that is attached to the valve that it doesn't fall into the Engine because the grommet can be very brittle and hard from the heat and age so just a heads up have a great day everyone

PERECT FIT for 1998 RAV4 TOYOTA. Even if PCV valve "clicks" when removed and shaken, still they age through time. Small investment of money and time to replace periodically, esp. if engine is burning oil. Got new OEM Toyota grommet too, they harden with time. Be careful to NOT allow pieces of old grommet FALL into upper engine compartment when you're removing old one. Put a dab of motor oil on PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve and grommet for easier installation.

Great fit, easy to install on 2001 Toyota Camry LE, 2.2L! Such a simple part can cause major headaches so much wiser to get in front or prevent those headaches- quickly & easily! This is another part I recommend one uses as an opportunity to teach/show/introduce someone to basic auto repair!
