This distributor is replacing a 40+ year old one on my 1977 Trans Am. All the pieces parts were there and it literally dropped right in. My only issue, and it’s certainly not A Team Performance’s fault, is I can’t get 36 degrees of mechanical advance out of it. I’m only able to get 24 degrees (the cam profile won’t allow 36 degrees). So I’ve taken the shaft apart from both the old and new to get the old cam into the new A Team distributor. After doing that I was at 36 degrees @ 3,000 rpm. The A Team distributor’s rotor, cap and coil fit and finish is good as are the electrical connectors. A great value!

I didn't use this right away. Went to install it now and it's for a Chevy engine!! Worthless to me and return window is long gone!

Replaced the old points distributor on my 1971 Pontiac Grand Prix 400 4bbl with this HEI distributor. Fit perfectly and works excellent. Price is very affordable. Highly recommend based on price and quality.

For an inexpensive HEI distributor, it is surprisingly well made, however, the included ignition control module did not last very long. I would definitely recommend purchasing one from a reputable brand like AC/Delco or Delphi to replace it out of the box and keep the included one as a spare.
