Amazing machine

Material gets caught in feeder when reversing at the end of a seam. This causes the thread to break and it has to be threaded through the needle again. The bobbin is poorly designed. Multiple steps are involved just trying to see how much thread is left. It is cumbersome and takes the fun out of sewing.

I am using this sewing machine for quilt pieces and general sewing. It doesn’t seem to like non Cotton material and skips stitches. That is not a good thing. I haven’t had it long enough for a good trial.

I bought this machine for my 11 year old grandson and later one for my daughter. It's easy to use, sews well and is not intimidating to new sewers. Both are enjoying their machines!

My mom and I have sewn for years on high quality machines(expensive lol). She needed a new machine but has dementia so didn't want to invest a lot, but wanted to keep sewing. This little machine is just right and I was pleasantly surprised how easy to use. The buttonholer is a dream to use and the straight stich is just fine. For the price, it's a deal.
