What's the distance that the meter will measure from cable end to end? It should do at least the Ethernet max cable length, correct?

I have gone at least 200 feet and it still worked

Do i need two of these to test both ends of the cable?

No it comes with a part that comes off to attach to the other end of the cable.

Irregularity. this tester often shows a split pair fault, while another klei tools tester and a noyafa tester show pass. is this unit faulty?
