As a runner these are invaluable!

Life Saver
After using many cheaper brands and having them not stick or fall off within a few hours i decided to go for these and i'll never buy any other blister plasters. They stick like glue and form a second skin, i literally wore them until they fell of naturally which was 3-4 days, instant pain relied and allowed me to continue to exercise.
